Very relaxing atmosphere…comfortable bed…everything worked:AC, TV, and Denise was very responsive . She suggested excellent restaurants within walking distance. It’s a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. Museums and Selby Gardens within walking distance.

If you’re looking for a simple, by the bay, relaxing place, this is your place! Jeff was very responsive when communicating. Some complimentary food and drink items in the room were super helpful after a day of travel and awaiting our groceries. We had WalMart+ delivery right to our building. The pool is clean with beach towels provided and large enough to spread out when a large crowd is there. This place is in a hotel, so having hotel perks was great! The gym was small, but perfect for a treadmill walk to wait out the rain. The Tiki bar/restaurant on the property was very nice. Highly recommend their tacos and mango cart beer! There was a band or dj every night we were there with great music. For the price of our stay, we have zero complaints!

The condo is very conveniently located, has a cute kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and super comfortable beds. 15 to 20-minute drive to some of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. The host is quick to respond to any concerns, and she hopes to correct them and make sure her place is well taken care of for guests in the future. Our family enjoyed making memories here and hope to be back soon. Thank you ❤️

If your looking for a place with lots to do yet quiet and inviting then look no further this is it! Great Water view , lots of dolphins an manatee’s. Pools beach, fishing, great eating! Go book it now, you won’t be sorry!

Ewelina’s property was both beautiful and functional. The kitchen was large and well stocked. The condo was tastefully decorated. The location is ideal for us, as it is close to downtown and not far from the beaches and the ballpark. Ewelina is an excellent host. She reached out in advance of our stay, communicated very clear instructions for entry, and stayed in touch while we were there. She responded very promptly to all the questions we had. We would love to return to Ewelina’s property again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described—if not better. Robert clearly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication was smooth and responsive throughout our stay. The location was perfect for our vacation, and we felt right at home. Highly recommended!

This stay was amazing. Extremely beautiful, clean, comfortable, well stocked condo with everything you need for a family vacation. The one swimming pool is diagonal from the condo and just a short walk to the private beach. Perfect location and very close to the village. Richard was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We loved staying here! We will be booking this again for next year!

Great place to stay. Very quiet and serene. Overall a very pleasant experience. There were a few things I would improve upon, but just from my personal experience. None of which greatly took away from an otherwise fantastic place to stay: 1) The check-in process to enter the location is inconvenient (have to scan in driver's license each time) - this has more to do with the association and security than it does the management company / unit. 2) While the communication was very proactive, it was a bit numerous. I had to comb through various emails to find certain information. Perhaps either include the necessary information (parking spot #, keypad code, etc) in every email, or in the initial email and email on the day of check-in. 3) One or two of the things in the email did not match what was in the booklet on the kitchen island (i.e. the parking spot # or where the second fob for entry to the elevator/gym/etc). Contacted PMI and they were appreciative of the feedback.

It was the perfect girls weekend. The views were amazing. The unit is so peaceful even the neighbors are lovely. One gentleman knocked on our door just to forewarn us that he was going to hang a picture on the wall and that we might hear knocking. It was the most neighborly thing! The unit was super clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had excellent recommendations from the host and went to a few of the location suggested and they were very good. The owner is also very responsive to any questions and doesn’t get annoyed when you ask too many questions, lol. I plan on visiting again if the unit is still available, I 100% recommend it and for those of you that loves sunrises if you go out to the little deck by the pool early in the morning, not only will you catch a wonderful sunrise but you will most likely see dolphins like I did. This was exactly what my soul needed.

The location was great, close to village as well as crescent beach. Lots of restaurants, bars, and excursions close by. Private beach which is wonderful, they offer umbrella rentals for a very reasonable price. Two pools which allowed for plenty of space as neither pool was crowded. The condo came with adequate linen/towels with an exchange halfway through the week which was great. There were extra beach toys, umbrellas, and a cooler in the closet we found a few days in that came in handy.

My daughter and I stayed for a mother daughter girls trip and had a blast! They made sure to take care of every little detail to make you feel comfortable and at home. Even checking in and making sure we made it ok. It was very clean and the location was amazing. Easy to get around on the trolly if we didn't want to drive and literally steps away from the beautiful white sand and clear turquoise beach. Do yourself a favor and book the trip!

We loved our stay at Matthew’s place in Tierre Verde, FL. The host gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and activities to do. This condo is also very child friendly and made travelling with our 2 year old a breeze. The condo was spotless and fantastic! We will definitely be back!

My wife and I spontaneously booked a last-minute getaway at Colin’s condo, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. The condo was beautiful—just steps from the beach—and the view from the porch was absolutely stunning. We loved that beach chairs and umbrellas were included, which made our three days of relaxing by the ocean even more enjoyable. The location was great, with restaurants just a short drive away. I also took advantage of a well-equipped workout area just down the street, which was a nice bonus. The bed was very comfortable, and we made good use of the full-sized fridge during our stay. Colin was incredibly responsive and proactive in his communication, checking in frequently to ensure everything was going smoothly. The resort itself was spotless, and the staff were all warm and welcoming. It was the perfect short escape—we’d definitely come back!

This was the 2nd time I have stayed in this unit. Everything is so nice and beach themed. Great location and the restaurant on site is wonderful. Would recommend anyone to stay here for a relaxing wonderful time.

We stayed at Summer's place for 4 nights. It was as described in the posting and she was a fantastic host. She responded quickly and was able to accommodate our requests. The apartment was clean and located in a beautiful area. The pool was located on the waterfront and had beautiful views. We were at the pool every day. The location is somewhat remote (not very walkable) but we knew that going in. There are a few bars/restaurants/stores within a 4 minute drive so still accessible. While the apartment is on the small side it was more than enough space for my wife, son and I. The area is surrounded by water and the apartment has a great balcony with some water views. Unfortunately there are mangroves directly in front of the balcony so the view is somewhat limited. Obviously there is nothing the owner can do about this. Overall we had a great stay at Summer's place and would recommend to others.

An excellent and spacious property for a family get-away! Ample bedrooms with private bathrooms to accommodate extended family members. Peaceful and beautiful setting on the IMG golf course. Pool, outdoor seating, and back deck were perfect to unwind with family after dinner. We loved our stay in this quiet neighborhood!

Stop what you are doing and BOOK THIS PLACE!! Clean and spacious home ✔️ Fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, glasses, condiments, spices, etc) ✔️ Tons of amenities like hot tub, fire pit, egg chairs, hibachi grill, golfing area, etc ✔️ All the beach equipment that you need (chairs, tent, snorkel, masks) ✔️ PLUS the best Host who was always quick to respond to any questions and even installed a new thermostat while we were there because the old one was messing up the temp and we like a cool 70 degrees at home ✔️ And if that wasn’t amazing enough, the host also took us on TWO BOAT TRIPS!!! All we paid for was the gas and any drinks or snacks that we wanted to bring (plus a tip since the boat tours were the highlight of the trip). Vlad knew all the best spots for private island time, snorkeling, and dolphin watching!! In all honesty I spent a fair amount of time trying to decide if I wanted to write an accurate review or gatekeep this hidden gem… I decided not to gatekeep.

We had a great stay at the house. Loved the interior decor. Looks like the home was remodeled recently. Everything was fresh and clean. We loved hanging out by the pool. Backyard was very private and peaceful. Posts were very quick with their responses if I had any questions about the home. We would definitely stay at the Home again when we’re in town.

Wow!! Jeff & Lyn’s home was perfect for our stay of 3 adults, 2 kids & 1 infant! Very kid friendly! Everything was extremely clean, organized, all cabinets were labeled. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need including items for baby/child. Garage had plenty of beach toys, wagon, chairs, baby pool float, baby beach tent. Beds were very comfortable & nice linens! The home looks recently upgraded and everything is in great condition. Home is conveniently located to downtown Sarasota, restaurants and local beaches. Jeff & Lyn thought of everything! I can’t think of anything that could be changed or added! Highly recommend this property & will definitely return for a future stay.

Solen was an amazing host—very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. She even brought us a brand-new can opener when we needed one! The house was spotless, cozy, and located in a great area. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!

Steps to a beautiful and quiet beach, a few casual and nice restaurants, and Harry’s convenience store that has everything. Hosts so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back.

All the rooms were great. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room. One bed is very high and hard to get in if you are on the shorter side. I would bring a stool next time. Close to everything you need.

Thank yall for allowing us to stay in yalls beautiful home. We couldn’t have asked for anything better!! This home is so beautiful and exceeded all of our expectations and some!! We felt right at home and loved that the house had everything we needed. Check in and out was a breeze. Jeffery and Ammie were excellent at communicating and fast with responses with any questions we had. Top hosts for sure! If I could give a 10 star rating I wouldn’t think twice about it!!
