Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Manatee River

The place is really exceptional truly lives up to its name. It was very clean, very tidy, and the atmosphere is absolutely pleasant. They also offer lovely little touches like coffee, teas, and other refreshments that make the experience even more enjoyable. But the best part is the impeccable cleanliness and the warm, attentive way the host responds to everything. I highly recommend it 100%!

We all enjoyed the home. Very spacious, clean and the lay out was good. Loved the back yard for our 4 year old grandson and the screened in porch except for the mosquitoes were bad. But the home it self was nice.

Lisa was so helpful! The place was beautiful and larger than it seems from the photos. We wanted to go fishing and I asked her about using a rod left by the kayaks and she brought over 4 fishing poles. It made for a great weekend. Highly recommend.

We were very comfortable with the neighborhood. Small amenities- like basic spices and sugar were available in the kitchen. Toaster, coffee machine all worked well. It was a beautiful little beach house and Brenda was very responsive throughout our booking and stay.

Had a great stay, everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The host was responsive and made check-in super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

This cottage was cozy and beautiful. It had everything you needed and more. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood & a close drive to the beach. We loved having access to the beach gear & the backyard had everything you could dream of. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

La casa un poco alejada pero de fácil acceso. Adentro todo impecable, limpio, ordenado, tal cual las fotos. Además contábamos con varios alimentos, como condimentos, café, té , endulzante, artículos de limpieza, y no nos faltó nada de utensilios de cocina. Excelente, súper recomendable!!!

Good afternoon so I would just like to say that is my stay at Robert’s place was like being in a home away from Home. It was very clean. It was very spacious. It just made my family really feel like a family in a home and my communication with him was very responsive very accurate and it’s a very beautiful home inside and out and And I just I just enjoy staying there seeing that this was my first time in Florida so yes, I would just like to say once again thank you Robert for allowing my family and I to enjoy your beautiful beautiful home

Anubuy was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. They made sure we felt right at home, and their attention to detail really stood out. The location was perfect—peaceful, yet conveniently close to everything we wanted to explore. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment, comfortable, perfect for sharing with my family. Its balcony overlooking the building’s pool was a huge plus... excellent location, just an 8min walk from restaurants and shops... 100% recommended

Roy’s place was comfortable, had good amenities, good location ( multiple beaches and restaurants in a close radius). The house was beautiful and just as described. The pool/hot tub, and outdoor seating was private and well maintained. Chairs, umbrella, and cooler were available to use which was a nice plus. We would definitely love to stay at this place again. Roy was quick to respond to any questions we had.

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable and thoughtfully curated retro oasis! The space was clean, full of charming touches and amenities, and had a truly unique vibe. Being so close to the SunRunner, we were able to explore St. Pete (the pier, downtown, and more) without using our car at all during the weekend! The jacuzzi was also a PERFECT way to unwind. The hosts, Liz and Ernesto, were incredibly welcoming and kind—even offering us a sweet anniversary toast upon arrival. All in all, this is a lovely space with incredibly kind hosts & we’d love to return again soon on our next trip to St. Pete! :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Simone's AirBNB. Simone's property was exactly as described. it's set a ways back in the middle of the property and we experienced little traffic and a quiet atmosphere. It was clean and had all our basic needs for a comfortable stay. The book of suggested things to do and places to eat was super helpful! Im excited to stay again when my travels take me back home to Fla.

We had a lovely time. It’s an easy to walk to the beach. Place was very clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely book again if coming back to Bradenton Beach.

Scott’s place was very nice for a weekend. The location is perfect. The accès to the beach was fast. Scott’s place was very clean and looks exactly like the pictures . Very responsive for any questions or help. Recommended

We truly loved staying at this beautiful condo! It was super-super clean, modern-designed, had everything we needed, and even much more! Full spectrum of laundry/cleaning/bathroom supplies in abundance. The space is very cozy, stylish, and the location was really convenient - walking distance to Publix, good restaurants, and other useful places. Andrew and Angel are great hosts and kindest people! Responded immediately and positively to all our questions. Can’t wait to get back and stay here again! We feel lucky to find this place! Thank you Angel and Andrew!

Doris's AirBnB was exactly as listed. It was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet. It was in the perfect location. We had no problems at all. I would definitely book again.

Emily went above and beyond what I expected. I needed a cooler to go to the beach, and she also provided us with beach chairs. The house has everything you could need. There are board games. The Wi-Fi works great. I didn't use the kitchen, but it's fully equipped. I'll be back soon. Thank you so much, Emily, for your kindness and prompt response 😊

The pictures don’t do this place justice. Welcomed by a beautiful view, and a nice well kept exterior. The unit we stayed in was in the 3rd floor, which allowed for the best views and the most privacy. The unit was clean, well-kept, and updated, even though the point of the vacation was to enjoy the beach/island, it was a place you felt you might accidentally stay Inside too long. We are planning our trip for next year already back to this very spot.
