Karina hosted me and my dad when our house flooded. She was very easy to communicate with and very hospitable. We would definitely stay again. Her back yard is lovely! The area is so cute and close to the beach. Thanks Karina!!

Great location and walkable to close restaurants

We had a great stay at Terrys place. Everything was exactly as stated in the description. Bathroom was very clean and amazing shower! We loved using the pool and spending time in the garden. Terry had big booklets of recommendations which were super helpful and left us a lovely welcome package of food and drinks which was a lovely touch. The location was perfect, very quiet but also close to the beach and everything we needed.

Kenneth’s place is a true gem. Perfect location, amazing surroundings, quiet and safe. The pool area was so serene and inviting, such a lovely little oasis. Kenneth was friendly and available, such a great host. We will definitely return!

This place is a gem as well as its owner. Karina is the perfect host, very friendly, commendable, responds promptly to any questions. The place was immaculate. Just walking in, we felt instantly at home. The place is comfortable, had everything we needed. The inside is beautiful. You feel like every decoration was hung up with thought and meaning. We used the washer and dryer with no problem at all. Wifi was excellent. The location is great, walking distance to Publix, pharmacy, restaurants. About 7 minutes to Passe-A-Grille, a 11-15 minute drive to Treasure Island, depending on traffic. The outside is just as beautiful as the inside. A few sirens at night; what street doesn't have them. The terrace is very private and peaceful, surrounded by a "fence" of palm trees. We spent many night sitting outside enjoying the warm breeze. The area is nice and safe.Topping the prefect vacation, Karina left us with two hospitality gifts. So nice! I strongly recommend this place and I will return.

A lovely setting with a little beach out back on Boca Ciega Bay and just a few minutes walk to Beach Blvd's restaurants, brewery and coffee shops. Would definitely consider returning!

Bei Valerie merkt man das jemand mit ganzem Herzen dahinter steht: die kleine Wohnung ist liebevoll und mit vielen Details eingerichtet, für uns standen gekühlte Getränke bereit, es gibt ein super Strandequipment das wir nutzen konnten und viele Handtücher. Die Küche ist für eine AirBnB ausgezeichnet ausgestattet und man merkt auch hier, dass auf Qualität geachtet wird, die Dinge neu sind oder regelmäßig ausgetauscht werden - das ist bei anderen AirBnBs ja leider nicht immer selbstverständlich. Vielen Dank für 5 tolle Nächte bei Dir!

Lindsey's Airbnb was the perfect space for my boyfriend and I to stay for the weekend. The shower in the bathroom is huge and while it is just a room, it was private and had plenty of space! She even has beach chairs and an umbrella and cooler that you can borrow to go to the beach (very necessary). I highly recommend this host and their Airbnb.

The Animal House was a great place to stay while we visited Sarasota. Bethany was an awesome host, shared local information, and was quick to respond to our messages. The location was great and less than 10/15 minutes to good food and shopping. The beach accessories were a welcome hit for us since we didn't want to pack extra things during our stay. Bethany had literally everything we could think of and didnt think of. We would definitely recommend and can't wait to come back to Florida again!

Great place to stay. Everything was as expected and easy. Uber rides arrived super quick and took only minutes to get around town. Saved a bunch of money compared to hotels as well. Very peaceful area and quiet inside the unit - no noisy people around either! I would stay here again.

This was a nice little place. The owners were very responsive. The neighborhood is on a quiet road. They are not far from the UTC mall and all of those amenities. Overall, a great experience! I'll check them out again if I need a place to stay in Sarasota.

La estadía en la casa de James valió cada centavo. El lugar es hermoso, súper limpio todo. James respondía rápidamente a mis mensajes y se mostró atento y ocupado en nuestro comfort y bienestar. Incluso nos ha sugerido lugares a visitar. Realmente ha sido un lujo hospedarnos en su casa, que de seguro si volvemos a la ciudad, volveremos a hospedarnos allí. Súper recomendable!

Bill is such a kind and communicative host! He responded within ten minutes any time I reached out. The little apartment was sparkling clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need during a stay. The pool was sparkling clean. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in while traveling and I’ve been traveling for work for decades! I will never stay anywhere else while in St. Petersburg unless I can’t get my reservation in with Bill. If there were ten stars, I would rate Bill’s little place a ten! 🥰

Cute garage conversion with modern bathroom and kitchenette. Perfect location to check out Sarasota and surrounding beaches (less than 10 minutes to tons of stores and restaurants, 15 minutes to Siesta Key beach, 20 minutes to Lido Key beach and St Armand's Circle, and 25-30 minutes to Venice Beach). The regular bed was comfortable and very much appreciated that there was a mattress topper for the foldout, making it much better than most foldouts for our kiddo. Was great to have access to a washer dryer to clean our suits in between beach trips as it was a rainy weekend and was not able to hang them outside to dry/air out. Also nice to have the beach chairs, umbrella, and towels so that we didn't have to pack those items. The back patio area was quite pretty with lots of foliage and several chairs to hangout. Would definitely stay again while in the area.

We loved this stay so much! Kim's place was so clean and had all the amenities we needed! It was very cozy and a wonderful location. We particularly loved the enclosed patio- we spent a lot of time out there. Kim was a great host- she was always responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. We want to return for a longer stay!
