Perfect for families, friends or couples. Private fenced outdoor space, gas grill, fire pit, zero gravity chairs, corn hole & summer months enjoy the local farmers market.

Cozy Carriage House At the Lake

Make wonderful memories at this unique & quiet family-friendly abode. A 1 person & 2 person kayak included. Bonfire with s’mores (ingredients are on the house)! A darling treehouse, (read, draw & paint on canvases provided)! A swing-set is in the backyard for the kids to enjoy. Views of lake from the carriage house & views of the garden and woods in the back. Game room below the carriage house for rainy day activities including ping pong, board games and TV. The upper level features two bedrooms and shared bathroom. The lower level features a primary bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and two living areas (including dedicated workspace). The property lake access is located over a 10ft easment just after the 1 story navy blue cottage and before the 2 story yellow cottage when you head 3 cottages to the left out of the front door. This property does not allow pets and is completely non-smoking. Please see our house rules.

Make memories with time at the lake. 2 Bedroom/1 bath cottage on "all sports" 550 acre Round Lake. This cottage is perfect for a single family of up to 5 people. Plenty of room on the dock for you to bring your own boat for this great fishing and skiing lake or you can rent my pontoon boat. This cottage shares the lakefront, firepit, dock with 2 other cottages. My shoreline has a hard sand shallow bottom for great swimming for kids of all ages.
