Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Maria Enzersdorf

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, sauber und wir hatten alles, was man für einen angenehmen Städtetrip in Wien braucht - in der Wohnung und in der Umgebung. Kommunikation mit Constantin und Check-In waren problemlos und unsere Wünsche/ Anfragen wurden prompt erledigt.

We only stayed one night in Vienna to see the orchestra and this Airbnb was probably not in an ideal location from the train station and Brahms music hall but it was so beautiful and it would fit 10 of us, so I chose this location. And I am so glad I did!!! The space was enormous!!!! The coffee machine was hugely loved, the number of water closets was appreciated and the host even sent a family member to check on us! We would highly recommend this Airbnb!!!

Så fint boende i Neubau! Vilken fantastiskt område att bo i Wien. Stor lägenhet och trivsamt inredd. Sköna sängar och fullt utrustat kök. Mysig balkong och innergård. Lite lyhört om man vill ha helt tyst när man ska sova. Paul var en väldigt vänlig värd och svarade snabbt på alla våra frågor. Sammantaget en mycket fin resa till Wien för mig, min syster, min mamma och min moster. Tack Paul!

Die sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist generell alles vorhanden, was man für seinen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Lage ist optimal, direkt an der alten Donau mit Bademöglichkeit, und ein paar netten Beisln am Fluss. Die Strandbäder sind auch nicht weit weg. Ein Supermarkt ist genau auf der anderen Straßenseite. Die Anbindung mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist optimal (U1 / Straßenbahn) Der Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin ist unkompliziert, schnell und sehr freundlich!

It was a little bit confusing to access the car park despite the owner sending instructions. This is because the key box with the pass is before the car park entrance but on an underpass so we were not sure where to pull in safely. However, after that everything was perfect. The accommodation was clean and in a really great location. We particularly enjoyed having Copabeach right on the doorstep for street food and cocktails. It was also a quick walk through the park to get to the Strandbad outdoor pool which I highly recommend.

Emilia's unit is located on the 2nd floor. Place is 3-4mins walk away from nearest station. And to Stephansplatz is 2 train stops away. There are Billa supermarket, bread shop and post office. We walked across the park to get to the station and the neighbourhood is kids friendly and safe most important. The unit is very spacious as described. The 2 sofa beds in the living room are comfy too. There are 2 big separate dryer and washer amd that's our main pt. We closed the windows all the time to isolate traffic noise. The kitchen also has oven and necessary utensils. The lift maybe small but it's ok to take 2 turns for a family of six. Overall we really recommend taking this unit.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Ausblick und die Terasse sind sehr schön. Die Anlage ist sicher. Der Pool war auch gut von der Temperatur. Alles super! Bettina war sehr hilfsbereit, zuverlässig und immer gut zu erreichen!

A comunicação com Isabelle foi sempre fácil, respondeu rapidamente, solucionou questionamentos e até colocou um colchão de ar a mais para minha filha. Tudo impecável no apartamento, localizado próximo ao Belvedere inferior, central, andamos por todo lado, foi uma delícia. Conforto e luxo num espaço belíssimo. A reforma na fachada só nos atrapalhou um dia por começarem cedo a fazer barulho mas como pegamos feriado não nos incomodou demais. Adoramos os mimos de boas-vindas.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und haben uns einfach pudelwohl in unserer Unterkunft gefühlt. Die Nähe zu Wien hatte uns seinerzeit bewogen, diese Unterkunft anzumieten und es war genau richtig. Dem Trubel und der Hektik, der ohne Frage wunderschönen Stadt Wien, konnten wir "entrinnen" und konnten, wenn wir es so wollten, auch einmal einen ruhigen Abend verbringen. Doris ist eine äußerst angenehme und sympathische Gastgeberin. Sie war immer erreichbar und konnte uns hilfreiche und schöne Tipps geben. Wenn wir wieder einmal Sehnsucht nach Wien haben, werden wir uns dort wieder einquartieren.

I came to Vienna for world championships in kickboxing and Muay Thai. We were a team of 5 people so we needed a house. This location was great and we had everything by we needed in the house. Yet if you are looking for an easy travel even though the train systems in Vienna are super easy you will need a car to stay at this place. Nothing is close especially if you are looking to even go do quick groceries. Yet everything was exactly as stated, along with a sauna which was awesome. Also host is extremely responsive and helpful :)

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Loft von Nicole und Andreas. Der beheizte Pool war für uns das Highlight und wurde ausgiebig genutzt. Man kann in der Umgebung wirklich viel unternehmen. Die Nähe zu Wien ist top. Die Tipps von Nicole waren sehr hilfreich. Vielen Dank!

This is one of the very best areas of Vienna: quiet, very safe, and well connected to public transportation. This particular property is surrounded by so much green that it almost feels rural, but there are several tram and bus lines less than a 5-minute walk away. The building is modern, and all the appliances and fixtures are high quality. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. The host family was very friendly, and Kati was very responsive whenever we had any questions.

Das Haus in Wien war groß und super für uns– genug Platz für alle und ca. 25 Minuten mit U-Bahn von Zentrum Vienna entfernt. Der Garten war richtig schön zum Chillen. In der Nähe gab’s alles, was man braucht: Bäckerei, die U-Bahn, also super Lage. Richtig praktisch war auch, dass wir das Auto zwei Tage im Hof stehen lassen konnten – total entspannt. Hat uns echt gut gefallen.

amazing location for families a playground in walking distance and a larger "Motorikpark" right around the corner with plenty of shopping immediately around. host was extremely responsive even though we decided to stay last minute, can't recommend them enough!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Rebecca war wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist modern und komplett eingerichtet, sauber und schön gelegen. Man ist in kürzester Zeit in Wien, fußläufig im Wiener Wald oder kann den ganzen Tag in Wohnung und Dutchtub die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls super. Rebeccas Tipps für die Umgebung haben uns an schöne Orte geführt, die wir sonst wahrscheinlich nicht gefunden hätten. Alles in allem das Rundum-Wohlfühl-Paket :)

I stayed here about two and a half weeks. The location was quite good with easy access to the U1, the tram, and bus lines. Just about all chain grocery stores are within a short walk coupled with several ethnic stores. The neighborhood is very multicultural and lively and people are very friendly. It is a good base to explore the city while experiencing how the locals live. The apartment is on the ground level facing an inner courtyard. It gets plenty of natural light. The kitchen is stocked with essentials, and has a dishwasher and microwave, but not oven. The bed is comfortable and firm. Water pressure is good and gets quite hot. The shower is a bit tricky to keep the water from leaking even when keeping the doors fully closed. A big issue for two people would be the space between the bed and the wall in the bedroom. When going around the base of the bed, it is quite narrow, and care needs be taken to avoid banging toes and knees. I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return.

Ronen est un hôte tout à fait charmant et très accueillant. Il nous a attendu personnellement afin de nous donner tous les détails nécessaires concernant son appartement et le quartier. Idéalement placé, nous avons pleinement profité du lieu, très propre et bien aménagé. Je recommande à tout point de vue!

Die Wohnung ist gut an dem ÖPNV angebunden, groß und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Es gibt einige nette Lokale, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Wir waren zu viert und hatten auf jeden Fall mehr als genug Platz. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Einziges Manko: Wenn die Fenster offen sind hört man die nahe gelegene, stark befahrene Straße sehr laut.

El departamento estaba exactamente a lo publicado. Fueron muy buenos anfitriones, con instrucciones claras. Todo estaba impecable, sábanas, tohallas, cocina y baño. La cama muy cómoda. Excelentes almohadas! Estaba a 20 minutos caminando del centro zona segura e iluminada. Lo recomiendo

Unser Aufenthalt in Miros Wohnung war fantastisch. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt ausgestattet – jeder Raum bietet alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt und darüber hinaus. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, und kleine Extras wie Sekt, Süßigkeiten, Kaffee und Tee haben uns sehr gefreut. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Miro und sein Sohn haben uns herzlich empfangen und waren jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Trotz der etwas weiteren Entfernung zum Zentrum ist die Wohnung gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden, und die Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

This is a spacious, clean and comfortable apartment very close to public transportation and lovely restaurants. We were very pleased with our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spot to anyone lucky enough to visit Vienna!

Marion konaklamamız öncesinde tüm sorularımıza çok hızlı yanıt verdi. Bizi sıcak karşıladı ve evle ilgili tüm detayları anlattı. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi tertemiz ve rahattı. Ufak hediyeler de bırakılmıştı. Ayrıca çevredeki restoranlarla ilgili kendi önerilerini de paylaştı. Her şey çok güzeldi, Viyana’ya tekrar gelirsem bir daha konaklamak isterim.

Hermoso apartamento, cómodo y cuenta con todos los implementos para una buena estadía. Notamos que Bruno había dejado todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. La ubicación es excelente. Bruno fue muy amable y atento. Seguramente volveremos a este apartamento.
