The well appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 meters to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. Year-round, you can bathe in the “Svenskerhull” ml. Roneklint and the small nice island of Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is made for beautiful walks – and bike rides.

The summerhouse is located on a lovely hilly and enclosed plot with terraces, where the sun comes in from early morning to late evening and only 150 meters to the water and wide sandy beach. The house has an outdoor shower with hot water which is something special to start your day with a bath under the open sky or rinse yourself after a trip in the Baltic Sea. Nearest restaurant and grocery store are only 400m away

Nice annex in romantic style. The house is 36 sqm. Kitchen, living room, dining area and bedroom in one, in addition, there is a bathroom with shower. Terrace with outdoor furniture. The house is located in scenic area in the part called "old Marielyst" One of Denmark's best beaches is only 300 meters away. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Marielyst square, where there are lovely shops and good eateries. Electricity is charged on site. In 2023 new windows and doors as well as a heat pump. Lovely cottage close to both water and city. You can walk to the water in 10 minutes and enjoy Marielyst's lovely sandy beach. After a day by the beach, there is plenty of space on the terrace for play and relaxation and as evening time approaches, the grill is ready for cozy summer evenings. The house offers 2 nice rooms, a cozy living room, kitchen with all equipment and dining area for all guests. If you use the terrace, there is also room for guests. The house also has good parking conditions, wifi and TV.

You're close to everything when you stay at this centrally located cottage in Marielyst. It is 350 meters to the city/shopping and 900 meters to Denmark's best beach. The 68 m2 of summer cottage - with tiled ceilings throughout the house - is divided into a lovely bright kitchen and living room in one, a hallway, bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms (one double bed and 2 single beds). The garden is enclosed with fencing. The cottage is cozy and spacious with a covered terrace as well as an outdoor fireplace.

Cozy cottage in lovely area, close to the beach and super child-friendly house and surroundings! The area does not allow cars except to drop-off luggage, so children can run around and play without worry (parking lot is only 100 m away). The house is newly renovated with a large kitchen, wonderful porch and even an outdoor shower to use after going to the beach only 300 m away. Small grocery store, pizzaria and playground only 200 m away. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO BRING LINEN AND TOWELS.

We've spent a lot of time renovating our small wooden house with uncycled building materials, decorated it with heirlooms and flea finds, and are now ready to have guests over. The house is located in our orchard, close to nature, forest, good beaches, medieval towns, Fuglsang Art Museum and far from noise - with the exception of our quail and free-range silk hens, which may well go out from time to time. The house is 24 sqm and also has a loft with enough beds for four people.

It is suitable for up to 6 people (2 people live in the main house and 4 in the adjoining building). The house is located on a large, cozy natural plot that is fenced. Enjoy our Spa (hot tub) under the open sky. Dogs can be brought along. There is WiFi, Cromecast, a table tennis table, a campfire site, a swing and a cozy playhouse for children.
