Close to the forest and beach, there are plenty of opportunities to unwind or relax in quiet surroundings. Running and mountain biking trails in the forests. Walking along the beach, swimming, surfing, sailing and kayaking. Restaurants with gastronomy in a class of its own and fish restaurants in Norsminde or lunch in Skovmøllen. Located directly on Dyngby/Saxild Beach you will find this unique and newly renovated 60's cottage with a focus on creating an exclusive and cozy interior with beautiful surroundings and beach environment. The house is located 30 meters from the beach, so you can enjoy the outdoor areas and the large and beautiful wooden terrace in privacy. The house is 180m2 and provides plenty of space to enjoy both winter and summer seasons and has been completely modernized a few years ago.

I'm renting out my cozy little home. 5 beds. Possibility to use a fold-out mattress in the living room or sofa bed in the living room. The end-of-row house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to trail systems, shopping, bus/light rail (directly to Aarhus), playground and a short distance to forest and nature. I sometimes have the opportunity to rent the home for more days than the dates specified in the calendar, so please ask if there is a need for more days.

Skønt og unikt sommerhus med kun 400 meter til fantastisk strand. Grunden har masser af natur. På grunden er der en stor trampolin som børn og voksne kan have masser af glæde af. Der er desuden en ude bruser med både varmt og koldt vand, hvilket giver en dejlig oplevelse. Der vil være rent sengetøj, håndklæder, viskestykker m.m. til rådighed ved ankomst. Slutrengøring kan tilkøbes for 135 €. Hvis ikke, forventes det, at I selv gør huset rent efter opholdet.
