Here close to the forest and beach, there are plenty of opportunities to unfold, or relax in quiet surroundings. Running and mountain biking routes in the forests. Walking along the beach, bathing, surfing, boating and kayaking. Restaurants with gastronomy in a class of its own and fish restaurants in Norsminde or lunch in Skovmøllen. MOMU Viking Museum Moesgård is a neighbor.

The apartment is close to Brabrand lake as well as the city of Aarhus. There is parking space in the driveway on the left . The owners live on the 1st floor but there is a separate entrance. No smoking

Located directly on Dyngby/Saxild Beach you will find this unique and newly renovated 60's cottage with a focus on creating an exclusive and cozy interior with beautiful surroundings and beach environment. The house is located 30 meters from the beach, so you can enjoy the outdoor areas and the large and beautiful wooden terrace in privacy. The house is 180m2 and provides plenty of space to enjoy both winter and summer seasons and has been completely modernized a few years ago.

Large, bright and spacious villa close to Aarhus

This large villa is 198 sqm, has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Outside there is a lovely garden with large and private terrace facing southwest. The villa is located in cozy Mårslet, where you can find supermarkets and pizzerias. There are nice walking and biking routes in the area, and not far to the beach. There are frequent tram and bus connections from Mårslet to Aarhus city (free if you have AarhusCARD). Please note that I only rent the house to families.

Our house is located very close (100 m ) to the river "Gudenaaen", and the oak tree forrest. You will love our house, because of the location, and the outdoor areas. The room is a good choise for couples (+ one small child ), fishermen, tourists and business travelers.

8 km to Aarhus C. The bus runs 6 times an hour. Bus stop 1 minute away. The shortcut to the highway is 1 km away. Bedroom and living room are 2 large, connected rooms, with underfloor heating. The bathroom is new and also has underfloor heating.
