The apartment is quiet, everything is bright, modern and lovingly furnished. You can relax on the loggia and let the day come to an end. Tram 31 is about 20 m from the main entrance and takes you to • to U6 (Floridsdorf) • to U2 & U4 (Schottenring) Stammersdorf is connected to the city center in about 25-30 minutes by public transport.

Welcome to our modern new building on the outskirts of town! The spacious house offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an extra toilet and plenty of space to feel good. Please note that a tourism tax of €2.60 per person per night is payable on site. The city is quickly accessible, ideal for families, couples or groups. If you need anything, just let us know – we'll be happy to take care of it. Perfect for comfort and proximity to the city! Parties are not allowed!
