The apartment is located above the garage in a separate house with views of the garden and forest. Krems is only 10 minutes away. The overnight stay tax in Lower Austria is € 2.50 per person and night from age 15 and is collected in cash on site

The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

Enjoy the magnificent views from the vineyards to the Danube. The apartment (approx. 40 m²), built with a lot of love, is located in the quiet, historic old town center and is equipped with underfloor heating, a bathroom/toilet and a kitchenette. Local suppliers, rustic wine taverns and hiking or Bike paths are very close by.

We are a family-run guest house in a quiet location that can be easily reached by car. The modern guest house is located directly on the World Heritage Trail at the foot of the Dürnstein Castle Ruins and is only a 3-minute walk from the center of Dürnstein. The special feature of our guest house is the private terrace with beautiful views of the vineyard opposite, the city wall and the Dürnstein castle ruins.

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau! The small apartment is located right next to the Danube directly on Schürerplatz. Wineries, restaurants and shopping are all nearby. And for mountain bikers and hikers, it is an experience in the Wachau, Senftenberg, Mautern.... If you need a bike, you are welcome to use the blue and gray folding bike in the back of the basement at your own risk. See photo.
