The 1-room basement apartment (45 sqm) is located in a detached house in a cul-de-sac in Ochtmissen. In just 10 minutes you can reach the beautiful Lüneburg city center by car. If you don't want to drive, bus line 5005 leaves almost right outside the door. You can reach the apartment via a separate entrance. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a shower toilet, a combined living room and bedroom A washing machine, towels, bed linens, TV and Wi-Fi are available for free use.

The freshly renovated apartment is situated in a light souterrain of a flat-roofed bungalow that is located in a calm and quiet neighborhood in the north of the city. The apartment includes a large bedroom with a king size bed, a cozy living and dining room with a comfortable pullout couch, a modern shower bath and a complete built-in kitchen. The city center is only a fifteen minute walk away, but there is also a bus station right in front of the door as well as free parking.

Relax with family or friends at this cozy place to stay. With a grill and fire pit, you can make yourself comfortable outside. In winter, the fireplace provides cozy hours. Or you can explore the area. Beautiful Lüneburg (10 km), Hamburg (40 km) and Lüneburg Heath (15 km) can be reached quickly. Fresh rolls are available at the bakery around the corner. Skippers can park their trailers on the property. 2 trekking bikes are available for rent.

Directly behind the pastures of the AZL is the half-timbered house with the apartment "Carl-Otto," which is located in the annex. In the entrance area, stable and hiking boots as well as jackets can be left in the wardrobe. On the 1st floor is the cozy new 1-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette.
