The bright character of the house and the wild romantic garden invite you to (quiet) activities of all kinds. The water property with about 50 meters of waterfront is located on the small Zechiner See, the southern part of the Mecklenburg Lake District and is connected to the main waterway Baltic Sea - Berlin.

Ideal for fishing, forest walks and cycling on the Blue Velo trail, with direct access to the water, dock, beach and forest. Beautiful lake views and peaceful sunsets complete the experience year-round.

Seehaus Rödd

In an exclusive location directly on the Röddelinsee with your own lake access, you can spend a relaxing holiday here. Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.

Self-sufficient shepherd's wagon with fireplace can be used all year round

A cozy self-sufficient construction trailer with solar, fireplace and dry separation toilet on its own meadow with 6 sheep and views of the vastness of Mecklenburg. The sheep do not have to be in your area. On request, they can also be moved to the back meadow. In the meadow is a separate fireplace, seating and outdoor shower. In cold weather, you can shower in our house. For wellness, we have a sauna & hot tub in our garden area. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The surroundings of Götschendorf are characterized by untouched nature – ideal for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet.

Enjoy a quiet, relaxing break on your own lake property. You will stay in a beautiful vacation home with lake view and direct access to Lake Lübbesee, including a private jetty. It has three bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. In the living room is a fireplace, for a cozy time on colder days. You have the choice between three terraces to enjoy the lake in the best possible way and a kayak to make excursions. Have fun in your lake house!

In the spring of 2023, we completed our new vacation home with fantastic views over Lake Plauen for you. In a few minutes, you'll be right on or in the water. Sailing, fishing, SUP paddling, surfing, motor boating, rowing, canoeing or kayaking, everything is possible on Lake Plauen. Even with your animal friends, you are at your own dog beach in a short time. You can access the bike path around Lake Plau directly from the property.

Welcome to Uferglück - your wellness paradise in the fountain city. On the edge of the fountain city of Neuruppin, in the idyllic district of Gildenhall, lies the cozy furnished bungalow on the shore of Lake Ruppin. After a relaxing day in the spacious garden or an extensive sunbathing on the property's own jetty or a canoe tour, the day ends on the large covered terrace in the evening with a glass of wine.

The house is located in a peaceful village. Free use of 2 kayaks (single and double) and bicycles. No EV charging facility. Plant based meals are served (each €12) - English breakfast and the evening meal.
