We rent out our nice, detached cottage of about 35 m² on our property, with garden, barbecue and cozy seating area. For the colder days, it is equipped with central heating. It is a 2-minute walk from the lake, 3 minutes from the beach, surf club. The train station is 500 m away, bakeries, shopping facilities and Restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop. For the door, Berlin is close, other lakes in the vicinity. For dog lovers, the property is not completely fenced.

Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. The bungalow has a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m wide) and has a couch in the living room where another person could sleep. The bungalow is located in a quiet rural setting on the outskirts of Berlin. The neighbor runs a farm and has sheep and poultry (which are unfortunately up early).

The vacation home is located in Quetzin. Over the last few years, we've renovated it from scratch. Lake Plau is only 100 m away. A nice swimming area is 3 minutes away. The sleeping loft is the highlight of the house. Unfortunately, the stairs up are very steep and not necessarily suitable for small children. A sofa bed is also available.
