In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Fully equipped kitchen with access to the Teressa, which invites you to grill. A campfire is also possible. The bungalow is fully equipped with underfloor heating and a car parking space, on the property, as well as another on the Baltic Sea is available.

The bungalow is in a quiet location - it is only about 850 m to the pier and the Baltic Sea beach. It has a cozy living-kitchen area with fireplace, sitting area, smart TV, bedroom., shower/toilet, two terraces, free Wi-Fi, washing machine and car parking space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. Bed linen can be booked on request for an additional fee - then the beds are made up on arrival. Enjoy a cozy getaway in the bungalow on the Devin peninsula. Just a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach and located directly on the nature reserve, it offers tranquility and pure nature. The bungalow is lovingly furnished and has one bedroom, a summer kitchen on the terrace and a fireplace. In the garden there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

The beautiful designer wooden house in the Märkische Schweiz (50 km from Berlin) is located in the small artist village of Ihlow, and offers a beautiful view of fields and forests on 65 m² of living space with a large window front and 35 m² of covered terrace area. There is a large living, dining and cooking area with a wood-burning stove, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have infrared heating. Each bedroom has a queen size bed (1.60).

The house with the approx. 42 m² is for max. 3 people, and invites you to enjoy and rest with the terrace with seating. The sunbathing lawn, jetty, barbecue area and a campfire area as well as a small playground complete the ensemble. The lake with its abundance of fish is a must for all anglers.

House in the middle of nowhere

A house in no where. Rest, view and lots of water around. The right house for a weekend or a week in the countryside. For families and couples, the cut is ideal, rather less for groups of friends. Large (55 sqm) studio with three beds, kitchen and fireplace. Huge (4,000 sqm) garden, the Havel and infinite tonal strokes for swimming or fishing in the immediate vicinity. Attention: This is not a party location.

Our smallest house on the grounds of the "Alte Schule" in Damerow is the Wildhütte. On the former orchard, where rabbit and deer sometimes meet, we would like to welcome our peace-seeking and nature-seeking guests. Small country-style bungalow

We offer a small cozy and lovingly furnished bungalow with garden for max. 2 people. The bungalow has a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m wide) and has a couch in the living room where another person could sleep. The bungalow is located in a quiet rural setting on the outskirts of Berlin. The neighbor runs a farm and has sheep and poultry (which are unfortunately up early).

BasseO 250 meters to the lake

We rent our nice small cottage 27m2, 2min walking distance from Wandlitzsee to beach 3min to Surfyng club about 5 min, 500m from Wandlitzsee station. Bakers, shops or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop outside the door, Berlin nearby, other lakes nearby WiFi is not available everywhere.
