A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

The country house on the Achtwasser is a real luxury vacation home: The exclusive thatched half-timbered house in ecological clay construction with idyllic water views is located in the middle of the Usedom Nature Park. The interior shows attention to detail and is not only cozy, but also comfortable and practical. The house is ideal for groups of up to 12 people and families with children. On the property, there is also a large sauna for up to 8 people with great garden views.

The newly renovated apartment (about 30 m²) is located in an old barn on a large property at the end of a quiet street in Liepen. Enjoy the view of the garden with unobstructed views of the fields from the large terrace. If you want to enjoy nature and tranquility and still not be far from the Baltic Sea beaches and lakes, this is the place for you. You can walk to the Peene (Amazon of the North), about 10 min. To the seaside resort of Lubmin: 45 min. by car.

Waldvilla: Vacation home on the Baltic Sea for 9 people

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest, only 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two combinable units. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

Ziethen is located north of Anklam. The Peenetal Nature Reserve from Jarmen to Anklam is a 3414 hectare nature reserve in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, which was established on May 2010. It includes parts of the Peene Valley with peat bogs, river valley bogs, bog forests and meadows. The Peene Valley is considered the largest contiguous lowland area in Central Europe. The romantic studio apartment in the country house is located in Menzlin. The quiet village is 2 km from the Peene, the "Amazon of the North." From here you can go hiking, boating, paddling or cycling in the wild nature of the Peeneurstrom Valley and the Viking settlement "Altes Lager Menzlin." The Baltic Sea island of Usedom and the beach are 30 km away. Anklam and Greifswald are the nearest cities and are worth a visit.
