Monthly Rentals in Mengara

Very nice and comfortable apartment surrounded by greenery but a few kilometers from many beautiful cities (Gubbio, Perugia, Assisi...). Convenient parking and super easy self check-in! Tiziana was immediately available, helping us with early check-in and giving us useful information. Too nice and helpful: she also gave us their wine for the inconvenience (of which she was not at fault) that we had with our neighbors upstairs rude like very few others, who kept us up to shouting and shouting until late at night. A little gem that we recommend to anyone passing through those areas!

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Fabrizia’s home the month of May. We enjoyed attending all of the festivities as there was something every week. The home and location is fabulous. Paolo's place is really a nice place to be. It's very peaceful with a very good atmosphere. It's in walking distance from supermarket and pharmacy and cafes/bars. Paolo is very thorough and helpful and nice to talk with. Thanks for all your help, Paolo. Thomas.
