Apartment holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Venice

Great location with access to vaperetto. We took that to most attractions and relied on walking. It was wonderful and great value.

Alessandro was a great host. He was very responsive, proactively communicated and made our stay stress free and enjoyable. Apartment is located close to the train station but also in the heart of all the activities. Alessandro was very kind and he let us check in early in unbearable heat. I would highly recommend this place.

Not only is the apartment beautiful, comfortable, and clean, Beatrice went above and beyond any AirBnB host I’ve ever had by meeting us at the vaporetto stop, walking with us the five minutes to the apartment, and giving us an overview of the apartment, nearby shops and restaurants, and things to do in Venice. She was available to answer questions throughout our stay and provided helpful info about getting around town. She was so friendly she made us feel very much at home. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Bruno was so friendly and helpful and the view from the window of the living room is a real winner! Walkable to the Basilca and Doges Palace. Recommend this place highly.

Francesco and Paola were super helpful and communicative throughout, responding quickly to any questions we had before arrival. Paolo met us and gave some great tips for both the immediate area & beyond. Their property is superbly located, just a 7min walk to Rialto Bridge and 10min to St Mark's Square, and yet it is situated in a quiet campo so we were never disturbed during the night or early mornings. There is a convenience store, bakery and osteria in the square directly opposite the property - a lovely spot for a coffee and croissant in the mornings watching the locals head off to work. The apartment was clean throughout and they'd taken the time to ensure the sofa bed was made up which was a considerate touch. The bathroom was clean & well stocked, the main bedroom is a fantastic size with plenty of storage, whilst the living area has more than enough space even with the sofa bed pulled out. Lastly, the opportunity to leave luggage after checkout was very much appreciated!

Monica and Alessandro’s place exceeded our expectations even with the great photos and amenities. One of the best rentals we have ever stayed at for a family of four. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable (+ great AC). A lovely private rooftop terrace overlooking the unique Venice cityscape. You could not ask for a better location for visiting Venice. We walked to the majority of our sightseeing destinations. Even so, a water taxi is just a few minutes away to see the rest of Venice which made for fun and easy excursions. We really appreciated Alessandro meeting us personally upon our arrival, helping to get us checked in, and explaining some of the rich history associated with the apartment that made our trip even more immersive. We also appreciated that Monica arranged our transfers from the train station when we arrived and then to the airport at departure. They were super responsive throughout our trip. We were received by Ellis mother who was very nice and gave us all the information needed. The apartment is perfect for a couple and it was clean and tidy. We were glad that Ellis left us coffee, tea, salt and oil. There is also an organic store just five minutes from the apartment where we could buy eggs, cheese and fruits for a nice breakfast. And just across the apartment there is a bus station that takes you to Piazzale Roma in Venice in about 20 minutes. My husband and I had a very nice time and we highly recommend the place.

We had a truly lovely stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Pietro and Caterina were warm, welcoming, and very responsive hosts who went above and beyond to make us feel at home, offering great recommendations for local food and activities. The location was ideal—peaceful yet close to everything we needed. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space. Highly recommended—we hope to return!

Very comfortable place most conveniently located across the bridge from the train station and near all local conveniences.

Gino’s place is perfect if you want to stay away from the main tourist areas but still be close enough to get to the main areas in Venice. Public transport is easy with lots of options. Gino was very accommodating when we were arriving early and allowed us to store our luggage while the apartment was being prepared for us. It is great to have an area to sit and relax rather than being in a motel room. We made of breakfast each day before heading out and were able to wash some clothing. This is perfect for our stay in Venice. Thank you Gino for letting us stay. Sally and Simon x

The owners are incredibly kind! Frederico even picked us up when the boat arrived to accompany us to the AirBnb. The accommodation is as described, it was perfect for our stay and very well furnished! Located in a quiet neighborhood but very easy to access the livelier neighborhoods of Venice! We will be happy to come back again, thank you! ☀️☀️🚣‍♂️

Nico's place is simply perfect. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. 10/10. The location is quiet and peaceful, but very close to some fantastic restaurants and only a five minute walk to Piazza San Marco. It is next to a picturesque canal, with gondalas passing occasionally by the windows. Nico was extremely helpful in providing recommendations for places to eat and to visit. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome, providing everything we needed. The apartment itself was very clean, tidy and plenty spacious enough. Everything just works; the bed was very comfortable. Access and check-out was very straight-forward, and we wanted for nothing. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Nico's place again.

We had a wonderful stay in Venice in Jessica's apartment. The apartment was impeccable, very clean, comfortable and ideally located for exploring the city on foot. Jessica was an exceptional host, both responsive, caring and full of good advice that really enriched our experience. Thanks to her, our stay was even more enjoyable. The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! We had a great time in Venice. The apartment is close to the tram which makes it easy to get to the center of Venice. All instructions were clear and the host is very responsive to messages. Our arrival was facilitated by the shuttle offered by the host. The apartment is as described I would recommend it

The house is truly beautiful: attention to every detail, with elegant and welcoming furnishings that immediately make you feel at ease. The location is truly unique, as it is right inside a golf course, offering a natural and relaxing view, far from the chaos of the village. But the real treat in our opinion was the pool! An oasis of peace, ideal for complete relaxation. It was just what we needed, and the weekend was really refreshing! 💦✨

It was a very nice holiday. Parterre was great for our Sup's. There was everything you needed. However, placemats for the glass table are highly recommended. The beds were very comfortable. Friendly neighbors and everything within walking distance. Very quiet and pleasant. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful vacation. The apartment is magnificent, the terrace simply great, the view is awesome. We immediately felt at home. Ugo and Graziella are very friendly and warm hosts, who are very attentive to their guests. The apartment is well equipped, it was also ideal for our little daughter (high chair, crib,...) Ugo was always available, even at night, when we had a false alarm in the stairwell and panicked quite a bit. The way to the beach is not far, and we also found the pool great for cooling off. Numerous shops (including grocery stores and bakeries) and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Thank you for this beautiful week of VACATION!!! I can highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to visit Jesolo!
