Very good place, perfect for staying a few days or a longer period of time. The internet is very good and all the facilities were working fine. The support staff is extremely helpful and always answer very fast. I recommend this place very much!

We had a lovely stay here. Geoff gave really good instructions for check in and even let us know the place would be ready earlier. Beautiful location, particularly to watch the sunset. Easy to access brighton beach and centre and perfect for a short getaway. Hope to return in the future!

we had an amazing 2 night stay at Melanie & Steves Air B&B. It is just as it is described, your own little studio apartment with lots of extras (washing machine was brilliant as we had been in Kent for 6 days so we're able to take home lovely clean clothes). The garden was beautiful and we had our own little area with table & chairs, but could also use rest of garden if we wanted. There was space for us to park our car on the drive but also roadside parking if needed. Would definitely recommend this location it is ideal for a couple.

Dan is the perfect host. I have stayed two times now and I have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation. It is a comfortable flat with a well stocked kitchen. Public transport links are good - there is good internet connection and multiple TV options. Dan is so welcoming and proactive in checking that everything is okay. This is my number one preference when staying in London.

We stayed in William’s apartment for almost two months and found the apartment to be very comfortable and well equipped for a long term stay. William was extremely responsive and friendly, as well as the downstairs neighbors! The bed is very big and very comfortable. It does get bright in the bedroom but William provides black out curtain attachments for the window. The street noise is loud at night/in the morning and the busses and street noise did wake us so if you’re a light sleeper I’d recommend a fan or sound machine. The whole apartment is a very comfortable size for two people. The neighborhood offers plenty of restaurants, cute shops, grocery stores, gyms, etc. all walking distance. The train is a close walk and there’s a bus stop right in front of the house. Each can take 40 min - 1.5 hours to get around London depending on where you’re going so plan ahead and maybe stay more central if you want to get to tourist attractions quicker. Overall would recommend the apartment!

A fantastic little spot – spacious with everything you could need, and it's just a short stroll away from the beach, cute cafes and several bars. We walked down to the beach in the mornings to see the sunrise, then later went for a quick dip before using the sauna that's next to the Salt Kiosk. Ideal. Great communication from Max and Jade at GuestNest, and we'd definitely stay again if we visit the area. Thanks!

Peters 1 bedroom place is wonderful! It is right on West Parade in Bexhill, and directly across the street from the beach and English Channel. The apartment has a wonderful seafront view from both the front living room and the lovely outdoor covered balcony. The furnishings and artwork is very nice. The bed was comfortable. The light hard wood floors with tall windows really enhance the feeling of the house. The bathroom is remodeled and the shower is large, with plenty of natural light. The kitchen and breakfast bar are fully stocked with dishes and plenty of cooking pots and pans. It has Full size refrigerator and dishwasher. We love this place and will stay here often in the future. It is a real gem.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay for my friend’s 40th birthday in Brighton. The location is absolutely brilliant, and the apartment had everything we needed. We had a couple of tiny things we needed to contact the hosts about and they were incredibly responsive, answering messages so quickly and clearly. We would highly recommend and would love to come back in the future :)

Lisa’s house was just as shown in the photos. It was really spacious and comfortable and very well equipped. The patio overlooking the large garden was a peaceful place to eat or just relax. We really enjoyed our stay.

A great stay, house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room, a garden area to chill or the lounge area with sky sports. Tam was very helpful. We would stay here again.

For a family of two adults, two older children and three younger ones plus two grandparents and a dog it was perfect. There was plenty of comfortable space. An ideal location for exploring the area. We all enjoyed our stay very much.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Hanna's apartment for a period of a month. The moment we arrived, the house felt warm and welcoming, setting a positive tone for our visit. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect home base for the three of us. The house was very convenient, with everything functioning perfectly. At the back, there’s a beautifully sloped garden that feels like being surrounded by nature, along with a charming summer house ideal for days with nice weather. Even though our stay coincided with cold and stormy weather, we still appreciated the garden's atmosphere. The designated parking area was also very helpful, especially when we rented a car during part of our stay. In summary, we lacked nothing, and our stay was very pleasant. It truly felt like a home away from home. When we return to the area, we will definitely try to stay here again.

The perfect AirBnB. It’s a home first, loads of space, well thought out mix of rooms and bed arrangements.. plenty of table space to eat, a good size lounge and fab outside with brick BBQ…. It’s not hotel- perfect and doesn’t need to be, because it’s well stocked with little extras, games for everyone, LEGO for the kids, beach stuff and parasols, sauces and spices and breakfast things in, even a bottle of Prosecco. Lisa’s comms were great, even down to requesting parking permits.. there were only 4 of us staying, but would have been fine for more… You can park outside, it’s a 7 min walk from the station, 15mins to the posh bit with bars and restaurants, and if feeling adventurous, you can walk the 25km Seven Sisters, taking in Beachy Head. Eastbourne itself has a great buzz about it, definitely up and coming and with a great food/pub/bar scene..

Perfect apartment for my weekend away. I was on a trip for a course and Luana’s apartment was in a great location - 2 mins from the station. Very comfortable!

Our host Helen provided excellent communication during our stay at the property. The apartment is decorated beautifully with new appliances. The location is to terrific , easy, walking distance to transport and a variety of shopping and eating options.

Thanks to Ola and family for hosting, the annex at the side of the house was great, really modern with everything you need, kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room area, and all situated in a beautiful area in the countryside, about 20mins drive from Tunbridge. Highly Recommend.

Perfect for a short or long stay in Hove

If you’re looking for somewhere central this is a great choice! Very central. Shop opposite and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Excellent place to stay.

Ryan’s place was just what we were looking for. Apartment is very clean & modern, with a lift & private parking, would definitely recommend Ryan’s apartment if you’re in the area.

Great stay, would highly recommend. Great value for money. Only issue would be cooking appliances... one small frying pan and sauce pan only, no spatula... however, we made it work with what we did have to use, so it was not an overly issue for us at all. The price of the property and what it had to offer is disregarded this minor fault. supermarket across the road this is ideal. Communication is super fast! Thank you for accommodating.

Hayley has been an amazing host from start to finish with great communication and very helpful. Hayley’s place is a little gem! Very cosy and homely in a really convenient location.
