Situated in the shadow of the South Downs National Park on a small rural road with hardly any neighbours our charming cottage is a great place from which to explore the unspoiled open countryside and its many footpaths around us. The nearest street light is two miles away. Owls, deer and the occasional nightingale are the only sounds in the middle of the night The cottage décor is fresh and modern with plenty of parking and a small decking area. Our Tiny Home sits tucked away in the heart of Hove, in our garden. You’ll sleep on a comfy double bed in the mezzanine, gazing at the stars through a velux. Downstairs, there’s a kitchen with essentials and a private bathroom with a toilet and shower. Step outside to your private patio with a bistro set—perfect for morning coffee. Free parking lines the whole road. It’s an 8-min walk to the nearest station, 20 mins to the sea/central Hove. By car, it’s just 5 mins to Hove, 15 to Brighton.

Modern two bedroomed, separate accommodation with studio kitchen comprising of a combination oven, double hob, fridge and sink. There is also a kettle and toaster, cutlery etc. Youngs garden stable block is on the edge of a charming old village in East Sussex, within striking distance of Bateman's ( home of Rudyard Kipling ) and many other historic sites such as Bodiam castle, Scotney castle, and many more. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

A cosy modern ground floor 1 bed (sofa bed) within our lively family home, with all the basics including own en suite shower room /wc and TV. It is the perfect place for a short stay. There is a small counter to make drinks and small meals including mini fridge freezer and microwave oven. Alternatively if you are preparing a big meal you can use the family kitchen just text me in advance so i can unlock the door and remove our to friendly /energetic dogs. Guest are welcome to use the gas BBQ

My place is close to Ashdown Forest and half hour drive to Glyndborne Opera House. Sussex Coast is within easy reach. Royal Tunbridge Wells 20mins away with the famous Pantiles. Many historical Villages nearby including Mayfield and Burwash. My large garden is full of wild life with two resident badger sets. White Deer are frequent visitors and can often be seen at dawn and dusk from the terrace. Foxes and family of Hare. More recently, we have two families of the protected Hedge Hogs.

Our cosy shepherd’s hut sits beside a fenced field where our four, new but friendly alpacas live, so you’ll have some very charming company during your stay (possibly a few sheep!). A stunning apartment (that's what I'm told) in a lovely tree lined street, which considering how close it is to shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, the beach and mainline railway station it is amazingly quiet. Although you can drive here and use the paybyphone app for parking it is so easy to get a train as you really don't need a car to get around the area. Buses are on the doorstep, 2 taxi ranks and virtually everything is in walking distance!!
