everything I would just say perfect! Upon arrival we were greeted by Marco's grandmother, who made us sit in the apartment with extreme kindness, giving us all the directions to it. Marco, also contacted by phone, very kind and available for any problems. Comfortable apartment, impeccable cleanliness, everything as described. Marco's mom, who we met the morning of check-out, was also very kind. We had a great time! Great, everything was perfect! Highly recommended!

We were personally welcomed by our host, Alberto, in a cozy house located in an ideal location, a few steps from the hinterland and only 15-20 minutes' walk from the sea. The house is well stocked with everything you need, including shower accessories such as towels and shampoo. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a refrigerator. The most pleasant part of the house is undoubtedly the terrace, where you can dine outdoors while enjoying an admirable view. I highly recommend this accommodation to those looking for comfortable and quiet accommodation near the sea, I think I will return in the future!

We had a very enjoyable and quiet stay. Very friendly host; a very spacious and neat apartment where everything you need is available; a very pleasant swimming pool with wonderful views of the hills; nice restaurants nearby and close to the sea. Ideal place to stay.

Perfect stay. Cinzia and her husband are two wonderful people, very helpful and kind. The house offered everything that is indicated in the description, the photos do not show how beautiful and bright it is. Excellent location, convenient for supermarkets, discos and beaches. I recommend everyone to stay in their Airbnb, if we were to return to Riccione they would be our first choice.

Susanna is a wonderful host and extremely accommodating. She is very responsive - she even interrupted her evening to immediately help me with a light bulb issue. As for the apartment, it was sparkling clean with a nice view from the bedroom that overlooks the Urbino countryside. The apartment is so ideally convenient to the main square yet quiet since it is located on a little side street. If I come to Urbino again, I would definitely stay at Susanna’s place.

The apartment was lovely, spacious, and in a great central, and safe location. It had all the amenities we needed, and the host was very responsive and accommodating with our early check-in. Highly recommend!

Francesca's accommodation is well structured, bright and the terrace is a much appreciated surplus. The accommodation offers a very basic supply of accessories, but nevertheless it is very welcoming. The area in which it is located is very convenient for reaching the sea and the most important places of cultural interest. All the necessary services are nearby: shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Francesca proved to be a very helpful host in providing information and very responsive in responding to requests.

We stayed 3 weeks in this fantastically located house. Lying on the terrace and listening to the birds, hikes in the adjacent nature reserve are just incredibly beautiful. And those who like life and cities are really in good hands in Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini etc. The nearby house beach is quiet and ideal. The house is simply and functionally furnished just like a country house. So, we'd come back any time. Thank you very much for the very kind care.

Beautiful apartment and Paolo is very nice and helpful. In October it was already quiet, but still nice weather. The only drawback: The house is close to a train route. However, this applies to all houses by the sea and did not bother us after the first day. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Tiziana's accommodation is the best you could wish for if you are looking for peace, silence and immersion in nature. Very close to the house, a path leads to a waterfall and in 5 km of uphill you reach the Hermitage of Carpegna. Otherwise, if you are traveling by car, there are many natural and historical places of interest a few kilometers away. If we happen to return to the area, we will be happy to be hosted again by Tiziana.

We are welcomed by Silvia's mother, very nice, helpful and caring, she makes you feel at ease. A little bit the mom of all guests. The town of Gabicce Monte is very quiet but with great restaurants, pizzerias and gelaterias where you can spend the evenings. Recommended for everyone.

I stayed in this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of the historic center — really evocative! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to move around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

Great accommodation in a typical Italian village. Quiet with fantastic views. Pizzeria 50 meters away. Centrally located between mountains and sea.

We had a very nice family vacation. The house is nice, but especially the garden is wonderful. The view is great. Close to nice villages. The contact with Fabio is very nice. We arrived around midnight and were personally greeted, given a tour and explanation of the house and the area. Contacted several times during the week. Went very well. Definitely recommended to go and have a nice time with family or friends!

The house was on a very quiet street, with a few bars nearby where you can drink coffee in the morning. Clean, tidy and quiet place.

Nice, quiet location, but close enough to make it easy to visit Ravenna or any of the many beaches near Cervia. Friendly host, and lots of friendly neighborhood cats.

The place is lovely. The views are formidable and the apartment is very nice. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful, the service is personalized and they make you feel at home. It's a very quiet and beautiful area. Highly recommended accommodation!

Mr. Roberto was helpful,kind and flexible with check-in and check-out times, communication was quick and easy via mobile number via chat. We really appreciated the accommodation corresponding to the description, with attention to detail in a rustic style with a particular decor inside with memorabilia of a past life, simple and functional, located in a quiet area near the historic center of Piagge, very nice even for a walk with the dog. We also appreciated the surprises of the house, a very good dove with a kit for travel nails (for the sister), brioches for breakfast, and various snacks in the fridge. The area is quite well served next to the accommodation you can find a very good pizzeria and just ahead there is a practical tobacco bar with pharmacy next door highly recommended.

Really comfortable apartment, with a beautiful view of the sea,directly on the beach that you can access directly from the condominium garden. The house really offers everything and even more! Not only the essentials in the kitchen (oil, sugar, tea, coffee) but also some bottles of water and even a prosecco as a welcome. Also games and children's books that my little ones loved so much. Two comfortable bicycles are also available for doing grocery without having to move the car. The area is quiet, along a little busy road. In about ten minutes walk you can walk to the waterfront with the bike path that leads to the center. Carla is always very friendly and kind in every contact. Super flexible check-in and check-out times. Not only that, due to a bad unexpected, we had to leave a day late, but Carla allowed us to slide the reservation without losing even a day! Definitely to recommend: a great experience!

Exceptional Home & Host!

Beautiful stay. It was a beautiful stay. The very spacious bright house with all the comforts but above all clean and full of many small attentions for guests. Diletta then turned out to be a welcoming, friendly, helpful host, attentive to guests and ready for any needs. We will certainly be happy to be your guests again.

We chose this location primarily for good access to the Misano race circuit, which is ~ 40min. walk away. The home is well represented in the photos and description. It is situated in an oasis of calm at the secure, gated PortoVerde marina resort, with balcony overlooking the marina, including the channel accessing the ocean, so you can view the comings and goings. The balcony caught the morning sun, but provided welcome shade later in the day. Although there is no air-con., window and balcony patio door openings on opposite sides gave excellent through flow ventilation, and there was an effective free-standing fan in the bedroom area. The stay included passes to the resort’s swimming pool. The immediate marina had a small supermarket, a few shops and several cafes, bars and restaurants. Serena, the host, was wonderful ! She was very communicative prior to our stay and greeted us on our arrival.
