We immediately felt very comfortable in this special accommodation. The cottage is located in a very quiet street on the edge of a forest area and close to the lake. You first pass through a natural garden, where there are various resting places. The pallet chill-out corner right next to the entrance is particularly beautiful. Upon entering the cottage, you immediately land in the open living area, in the middle of which is the fireplace, for which a lot of wood is available. A steep little staircase leads to the upper sleeping area. Everything was very cozy and tastefully designed. We enjoyed our stay very much, which was also helped by the sauna. We highly recommend the accommodation, but also point out that it would be advantageous to have a mobile support, as it is already a bit off the beaten track.

A nice house with a terrace, we liked the quiet location. The beds are really comfortable, the kitchen has solid basic equipment. Communication was always smooth and all questions were answered quickly. I can definitely recommend the place.

We were there with our two small children and dog for a little over a week. We had a nice time and were able to use the apartment as a starting point for some excursions. Among other things, thanks to the fenced garden, we were also able to endure it very well at home. Only the noise of the departing aircraft was unusual for us land people, but still bearable. If it works out, we'd love to come back!

We booked the house with a fairy group of six people for a week. The location with its own lake access is an absolute highlight. The house is large and spacious and especially if you travel for more than a few days as a group, you can also retreat well. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. One thing we found unfortunate was that in the large living area only three cozy armchairs came to six people, so half of us always had to sit on the dining room chairs. But this is a small downside if it deserves the name at all - we felt very comfortable and have rarely been in such a great cottage!

The accommodation is really a dream and leaves nothing to be desired! Erik was super nice and tried everything to make our stay as nice as possible - from excursion tips to baby equipment to catering equipment in the super clean accommodation, everything was more than perfect! Jörg is a very accommodating host who always responded to my messages and gave me helpful tips not only on the accommodation, but also on gastronomy and public transport in the area. We loved staying at Carola's beautiful home. it has so much character and was in a beautiful setting. we hired a car and found it easy to get into Berlin via public transport and car, and it was worth the commute back to such a peaceful place. would recommend to anyone and Carola was really nice to deal with and left out some toys for our son, which was a great help. thanks for everything!

We had a great stay in the apartment of Udine. The apartment is modern, very clean and really equipped with every comfort. Ideal base for a visit to Berlin. Parking on your own driveway, 10 minutes walk to the s-bahn and then you are in Potsdamerplatz in half an hour. Really great, a must!

Oliver is a great host and was very helpful in sharing information and tips on what to visit in the neighborhood or where to eat. The apartment is very clean. It is located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood, and the city center/other parts of Berlin can be reached by public transport.

It’s a wonderful place. We all really enjoyed it. I wish we had time to use the pool more because my three year-old grandson had a great time in the pool. The nearby park is great for kids and has an interesting history. The only suggestion I have about this Airbnb is the glass table legs are really a hazard. My daughter in law and I both hurt our feet. I ended up wrapping towels around the legs. Also could use a hook or two in the guest bathroom there is absolutely nowhere to hang a towel. The nearby beer Garden with dozens of birds is great fun as well.

Super nice contact with the host. Uncomplicated check-in, on request a slightly later checkout was also possible. The accommodation is very well equipped, everything you need for the stay and a super comfortable bed and a nice quiet terrace. I would be happy to stay again on my next visit to Berlin!

A perfect spot for exploring Berlin! With a bus right out front, we could get everywhere super easily. The condo was spacious and airy; lovely spot to spend the mornings and evenings before and after roaming the streets of Berlin. We also enjoyed nearby spots we uncovered - a farmer’s market, the KaDeWe Food Court, great Vietnamese food, an outdoor bar area, the zoo….you name it. Everything was nearby. Truly enjoyed our stay and exploring nearby and far away! Berlin was great, as was this lovely spot to stay.

My wife and I recently embarked on a two-week adventure around Europe, starting with the beautiful city of Berlin. Spent 2 night at Simon’s house. Everything was as described. The house is right behind a bus stop. The kitchen had everything we would need. It was warm inside the house but there were fans. Would recommend to my friends.

The stay was very nice! Everything was clean and quiet and very comfortable. Everything can be reached within 30 minutes plus that the area itself is beautiful! My partner was in Berlin for once and loved it too! Gladly again !!

The adjacent castle garden is very welcoming, from here you can get directly to the art hiking trail. Would book again in a heartbeat!
