Holiday rentals with a patio in Mittenwalde

Communication with Katrin before/on arrival was always quick and hassle-free. We were personally received by her very nicely and kindly. She also gave us many nice excursion tips in the following days. The location is super quiet with old trees around it. The apartment is very large (the photos reflect the reality:-) It is in very good condition and tastefully equipped with decorative utensils and pictures, so we felt right at home. We didn't miss anything, the kitchen is very well equipped, the beds were made, towels in the bathroom were ready and even garden furniture and a barbecue were available. There is a lockable garden house for the bikes and a parking lot at the house. For us, the perfect domicile for 11 days cycling vacation in/around Berlin. We enjoyed our stay and can only recommend this apartment. Perfect, hence 5*****

I was very happy to meet Martin. He is a very honest, kind, and reliable person. His house was absolutely perfect — very clean, tidy, and well-organized. Martin was always helpful and responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. This was honestly one of the best holiday experiences I’ve ever had. The very nice and equipped apartment with all the extras is located in a quiet residential area. Shops such as bakery and a supermarket are just across the street and also excursion destinations, such as the Zeuthener See, with good restaurants, are within walking distance via beautiful hiking trails. Communication as well as check in/out were perfect. On the large balcony, we enjoyed wonderful evenings. We'll be happy to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was perfectly minimalistic but cozy and very clean. The hosts were friendly and helpful. A tip: bring an eyemask if you are a light sleeper or don’t want to be awakened by the first light, because the curtain was very thin. Overall a great host and place!

We really liked the apartment. It has top-notch equipment. The contact with the host was very good. There was fast, very good and helpful communication. The location of the apartment offers a good starting point for excursions. Our conclusion is: highly recommended and we will be happy to come back.

I liked Gabriele's apartment very much, it was really cozy and comfortable. Since I was lucky to have nice weather, I spent the evenings on the beautiful roof terrace. There is air conditioning and fans - very useful in the summer under the roof. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Tea, coffee and even a few breakfast items were also provided. The area is quiet and pleasant, I often left the car, there are bus stops and shops nearby. I can definitely recommend the apartment, it is perfect for exploring Berlin, Potsdam and the Havelland.

We stayed at Linda's great apartment with our kids for an extended weekend. It was top modern and very clean. At night you could sleep very well because it was absolutely quiet (despite the airport and many neighbors). The apartment was located just outside the center of Berlin and you can be in the city in about 30 minutes by SBahn or RB. The path to the SBahn station was about 10 minutes' walk and easily accessible. There is also a corner shopping facility (Norma, China snack, fitness studio...) and a big highlight for our children, the small playgrounds right outside the front door 👍 The blocks are brand new and very modern and you can easily get to the apartment or to the parking space in the underground garage by elevator to the 6th floor. Communication with Linda was also impeccable. Thank you 😊

Nice family with lots of great tips for things to do in the area. Easy and quick to reach. Beautiful apartment with nice beds and good fully equipped kitchen. Great garden where you can relax in the hammock or play badminton after a day in Berlin. Within walking distance of Grunau station and shops and restaurants.

We felt super comfortable from the beginning and had a wonderful time there. The house is modern, clean and has a fenced garden - ideal for dog owners :) We will be happy to come back!

Very nice accommodation, everything newly renovated, in a quiet location. Approximately 45 minutes from Berlin city center, also super accessible. Landlord was always easily accessible. Flexible check-in times after consultation. I can only recommend it, I'd be happy to do it again.

They were beautiful, relaxing days surrounded by nature. Thanks to Frank's good descriptions, it was an all-round successful and relaxing stay on the property! Paddle and cycling tours in the area are highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Martina's and can absolutely recommend the accommodation. Everything was well prepared and very clean. We would like to highlight the beautiful, fully equipped kitchen - nothing was missing and you can see that it was furnished with attention to detail. The location is quiet and ideal for switching off, perfect for families like us. Martina was very friendly, helpful and always available. The only small drawback: the second bed in the living room (sofa bed) was unfortunately quite hard – possibly a little uncomfortable for more sensitive backs. Blackout options on the windows would have been a nice touch, especially with a baby. But that's whining at a high level – overall really a great accommodation with a lot of heart and mind. Thank you, dear Martina – we felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back!

My time at Karin's accommodation was very pleasant and I felt very comfortable. From the beginning, I felt very welcome and during my vacation it was a bit like coming home every time. Karin is a very friendly and excellent hostess; always striving for the well-being of her guests. The apartment is very cozy, clean and equipped with everything you need in a vacation apartment. In my opinion, the best thing is the tiled stove in the living area, which also provides a cozy atmosphere on a cool day. Thanks for the wonderful time!

It was a great short break for us with children and dog. Relaxing and quiet, but at the same time so many possibilities to do something. Really good location, short distance to the lake and the forests.

We were personally received by Andreas. The host couple was very friendly and talkative. The accommodation is very clean with a very well-equipped kitchen. Those who come to the Spreewald usually come by car, so the somewhat secluded location is not a problem. But pure nature and tranquility. Satellite TV and fast WiFi (works from Magenta TV on mobile). We were very satisfied all around. If we both come back to this area, we will go there again.

Super nice contact with the host. Uncomplicated check-in, on request a slightly later checkout was also possible. The accommodation is very well equipped, everything you need for the stay and a super comfortable bed and a nice quiet terrace. I would be happy to stay again on my next visit to Berlin!

I could not have been more delighted with my stay at Gérard's adorable flat. The location cannot be beat, just around the corner from Schönleinstraße U8, and with so much to do, see, and eat just outside the door. Gérard is a consummate host who gave me great local tips, and was so easy to communicate and coordinate with - he also very kindly helped me with my bag up all those stairs! The apartment itself is brighter and airier than the photos show. Even on some scorching hot Berlin days, it remained cool and pleasant with the windows popped. The patio is also a lovely extra. I will certainly be returning next time I am in Berlin!

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We really felt at home. We loved the location and found it easy to take the U Bahn or S Bahn everywhere. A great neighbourhood and quiet street. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I recently embarked on a two-week adventure around Europe, starting with the beautiful city of Berlin. We were truly captivated by the charm and vibrancy of the city, and we found that many attractions were easily walkable, making our exploration even more enjoyable. We got very lucky when we found Sigrid’s place on Airbnb. Compared to the ridiculous Airbnb prices in Berlin, Sigrid’s place was really well priced and totally worth the space and location. With a lovely view over the bay, we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Only a 6min cab ride to Ostkreuz or a 10 min tram ride, it was very well connected if we wanted to go into the city centre. There is an Aldi at walking distance and honestly, everything you need for a short or long stay available at the apartment. Sigrid was very accommodating and allowed us to sleep one extra person on the couch. Check in was great, Clemens showed us around the apartment and explained everything. Highly recommended. Will definitely book again for our next visit to Berlin.

This is a wonderful place to stay as a base for exploring all of the exciting things Berlin has to offer. The apartment was perfect for us, clean and with everything we needed. We loved the artwork on the walls and the balcony was perfect for our morning coffee. We also loved the extra little touches such as the extensive library and umbrellas on hand if it was raining. All in all we can recommend and hope to return in the future.

Spacious apartment in a cute slice of Friedrichshain. Very safe, quiet and peaceful neighborhood with parks nearby - the perfect place to unwind and relax away from the noise of the busy city. Plenty of walkable restaurants and coffee shops within 5 minutes. About 15-20 minutes from the city center. Lennard was a great host, he was responsive, communicated well and was flexible given we had some travel delays in arriving to pick up the keys. Would recommend!
