Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

Welcome to a unique environment. Here you will have the opportunity to find tranquility, enjoy bird singing and forest scents. Brygghuset is located right on the edge of the forest, separated from traffic and visibility. 5 min away is the Sollebrunn community, which offers a well-stocked grocery store, some restaurants and some other shops. 5 min away is Gräfsnäs Castle Park with historical origins and a nice restaurant and swimming lake. The cottage is connected to Retrovägen, which has a wide range of attractions.

Quiet and secluded location at Haragården in Alboga, you live on the farm with animals all around. We who live on the farm have dogs and cats. The brewery house is an addition with modern standards while preserving the old feeling. Downstairs: Fully-equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa and armchairs and smart TV, toilet and shower. Upstairs: Bedroom with double bed Wi-Fi is available. The pond can be used for swimming and next to it is the wood-fired sauna, outdoor furniture and barbecue.

Unique pigsty outside Borås

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max 10 guests in the house, of which 8 may be adults. No pets.

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).
