A quiet neighborhood with wonderful hosts who make you feel at home from day one. A perfect place for real relaxation. Our dog appreciated the daily company of sweet Memole in the garden. Clean, comfortable, the surroundings of the house are a feast for the senses!Matteo, Marusca and Eva were very friendly and helpful in every matter. Andrea's place was perfect for our short two night stay in the Niccone Valley, or fav area in Umbria. We were there in cooler weather and the floor heating took a bit to come on but once it did we were comfortable. I think it would be a great place in the warmer weather as the pool looked wonderful. The Niccone Valley is somewhat remote but with the location of this property you had the best of both worlds quick access to Umbertide and yet embedded in the valley. Would love to return in the warmer weather. Thank you Andrea!

The house has a room, bathroom, living-kitchen, and a small balcony, all private. All the spaces are very large. We were very comfortable. We went in early January and the house was perfectly heated. The house was very clean, decorated, and with all the details cared for; you can see the dedication of the hosts. Spotless sheets and towels. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The perfect bathroom too. The house is secluded in a beautiful, relaxing setting, with a private lake, unpolluted by the city. The outdoor garden is huge and nicely cared for (even in winter). There are tables and chairs, grill and parking spot. On the property, they live Ascensina and Elisabetta; they constantly took care of our stay being pleasant. It was very nice to talk to them, they are very nice and a great company. Great Airbnb, highly recommended!

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Paolo and Floras, it is such a paradise. A perfect spot to relax for a few days! Would definitely return
