Located within walking distance of Ebeltoft's cobblestone streets with shops, cafes and restaurants (1 km) as well as right up to the forest, golf course and mountain bike trails. There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

The spacious kitchen-living room and living room invite you to socialize and relax. In the second room is the sleeping area, where you will find a cozy loft with a double bed and a smaller double bed on the ground floor. The house is ideal for 2-4 people who want a simple and peaceful stay close to nature.

The house is beautifully situated on the property with a fantastic view of the changing seasons in Mols Bjerge. The terrace has several cozy dining areas, both covered and outdoors. On warm summer evenings, you can enjoy the sunset, take an evening dip in the sea and end the day under the warm outdoor shower.
