Stunning new house with amazing sea view and pool

The house features a stunning view on the sea, the two ports, the mountain and the Spanish Fortess. On the ground floor: living room with tv and air conditioner, well-equipped kitchen with a small terrace, main bedroom with air conditioner and bathroom, second room with double bed and bathroom. By the vintage stairs you can reach the mezzanine with a small bathroom and two comfortable queen bed. In the big terrace you can enjoy your meals. Access at the pool (from 15 june) and parking space.

Dai balconi si gode una vista strepitosa sulla vallata: il luogo ideale per rilassarsi leggendo un libro, gustando un buon caffè o un calice di vino, accompagnati dal canto degli uccelli e dal profumo dei fiori. We love our home because it's light, cosy, breezy, relaxing. All newly renovated :) Literally 10 paces from the beach, there is a road so expect some road noise! Parking available outside our gate.
