Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Monte Testaccio

Amazing place!! The entire apartment is very unique and so nice. We all loved it so much. Andrea’s recommendations of places to eat were perfect. These are restaurants you may not find on your own but were all so good. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere and we were close to everything. The garden patio, unique windows and everything in the apartment has a very calming vibe. Andrea was super easy to coordinate our arrival. We loved it and we were all so glad that we stayed there.

The views are breathtaking. The area is perfectly walkable to almost all the big archeological sites and good food. The apartment was huge, the kitchen was perfect. The air conditioning units don’t really work effectively, it was hot without the windows open at night. There was someone playing live music and singing downstairs right outside the colosseum every night which we loved.

This was one of the best Air BnBs we have stayed in. Light and airy, spacious, super clean, and the building had great character. We were able to walk to the Collesseum and there was a metro just around the corner. Andrea was super friendly, responsive and made some great dining recommendations (we tried several of them - Trattoria Monti was a stand out!). There is a small toaster oven which was good for reheating leftover pizza and foccacia. Note there is no microwave. Washer/dryer was great for doing our clothes before moving to our next destination. Highly recommended- thank you Andrea and Luciana.

Very nice. Definitely a good place for a couple to stay at, very close to tram and bus lines that go to the heart of the city. And a lot of great restaurants at a walking distance. Kind of pricey but very good overall 👌🏻

A great little jewel In the heart of Trastevere, place is exactly as pictured, spotless clean and it has everything you need. I felt immediately at home. Giulio is a great host. Would come back anytime!

Great place to stay with two couples - easy access to all the tourist spots but equally great location to see how the Rome population live. Luxury feel to the accommodation. Highly recommend . Nino is a super host and keen for our stay to be great ! …. And it was !

Excellent penthouse apartment, beautifully furnished with an amazing large terrace that offers peaceful rooftop views over Rome. The location is perfect for exploring the Colosseum area as it’s only a 5 min walk. The apartment is also beside the Cavour underground train station which makes connections and travel around Rome really simple. We will certainly like to book again next time we visit Rome. Alberto and the host team is extremely responsive and helpful making the experience seamless.

We just spent four amazing nights at Stefano’s place in Testaccio. Everything was perfect. The beds, the amenities, honestly I could go on all day! I would absolutely stay here again if I am ever back in Rome. There is an A/C unit in every room which was so wonderful in the June heat! The beds were a medium firm, which is a perfect middle ground for both soft & firm preferences. Stefano was so kind and responsive. The apartment is even better in person. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Loved the apartment and the location. It’s right next to the keyhole which was fun to see right when we arrived. Easy enough to get around and very clean. Paolo was so kind and greeted us upon arrival. We didn’t want to leave!

We travel to Rome often, this is the best place so far. There is a terrace with shade, ideal to cool off when the weather is too hot. The host provided things for the breakfast in the fridge as well as free soft drinks. Upon arrival we were met by the host Andrea who showed us in. The Colosseum is 5 minutes by foot.

Elvin d’avantage, c’est merveilleusement bien occupé de nous, il nous as énormément facilité la tâche sur beaucoup de chose, et toujours disponibles si besoin. On s’est sentis comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. Le logement est charmant, propre et parfaitement conforme à la description. Une vraie belle rencontre et une adresse qu’on garde précieusement ! C’est sûr, nous reviendrons et cette fois ci avec notre fille ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter!

We chose Maria's to be close to our older son who travelled with a group of university boys. It ended up being directly opposite their accommodation. We thoroughly enjoyed him being able to come over and spend nights with us comfortably. The house was the epitome of luxury with the exquisite decor EVERYWHERE!! All 4 rooms ensuite were a home-away-from- home experience we absolutely enjoyed. The slight adjustments needed with hot water and the TV at check-in, were dealt with by the technician and made our 4-day stay a fantastic experience. I had a few friends stop over and was very proud to show them the place. As to recommending this location in the future, I have started to already and will continue to do so. Daniela hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns direkt einige Tipps gegeben. Sie war auch jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, dieses ist aber mit der Metro (ca. 15 Minuten Bahnfahrt) gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war genau wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Bei warmen Temperaturen ist die Klimaanlage ein echter Pluspunkt. Für uns war es ein schöner Aufenthalt in Rom.

we had an amazing stay. the place is newly renovated and super clean, also cosy. 2 bathrooms come in very handy. the building itself is old and the street is being renovated. but the area is super authentic. with great restaurants and shops around. real Roman experience. loved it! not to forget that the owner is super helpful.

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours dans l’appartement de Nadia, ce dernier était d’une propreté et fonctionnalité sans faille. Nadia nous a chaleureusement accueillis et a pris le temps de nous présenter les lieux à visiter ainsi que les bonnes adresses. Elle était disponible et réactive pour le moindre soucis. L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal pour les personnes qui recherchent le calme, la tranquillité mais à la fois la proximité au centre ville. En résumé, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement. L’appartement est calme et joliment décoré. La localisation est très pratique pour visiter la ville sans être dans le centre touristique. Et merci à Sara pour sa disponibilité.

Armanda is an amazing host. Her house is just gorgeous. The location is central and close to everything. Armanda is a wonderful person. And her house is super clean and so organized. She was always responsive. She was there to welcome us and she came before we left to wish us a safe trip. I honestly have no words to describe how great Armanda is as a person and how wonderful her house is. We can't wait to come back again.

Andrea just redefined what a 5 star host should be for me. The communication was A1 for start to finish. With helpful indication on how to get there from the airport, personalized guide of local point of interest and all messaged were answered quickly. The location was amazing as well.

This is the most beautiful and thoughtfully designed apartment we’ve stayed in through Airbnb. Maurizio’s place is tastefully decorated, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, and spotlessly clean. A particularly nice touch was the jazz music playing in the living room when we arrived—it made us feel instantly welcome. The apartment faces the street, but the outside noise didn’t bother us at all. In fact, it was quite nice to feel like we were in the heart of all the action. A big thank you to the host for promptly answering all our questions and being readily available throughout our stay.

Giordano was a great host. Accommodation was clean, tidy and exactly as described. Easy to find all of the tourist attractions with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We had a lovely stay!

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.

This place is a steal! The location of the apartment is beautiful - great neighborhood and just a few minutes away from the Vatican city's St Peter's Square and Castel Sant'Angelo on foot. The apartment is more than spacious for two people and very comfortable. Agata has been a great host, very friendly and responsive. We loved our stay and would plan another vacation at this property in a heartbeat!

Perfect in every way. The location was perfect, just steps away from the Colosseum and many other sights. Lots of great places to eat close by and also a supermarket and mini-market across the street. Close to the Metro and hop-on/hop-off bus. The apartment was perfect, modern, comfortable and super-clean and had all the amenities you could need. I’m sure if there was something else you needed the hosts would assist with no problem at all.
