Authentic parisian style apartment (50 m2), located 15 min walking from Montmartre, perfect to welcome 4 persons. 1 bedroom, 1 livingroom with a confortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and modern italian style bathroom (with shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer, ...). Bed sheets and towels will be provided. District MULTICULTURAL & alive is full of bars, restaurants, bakery, artisanal food stores .. New apartment totally renewed by an architect, a lot of light, under the roof with the top of the Eiffel Tower view! In the heart of Batignolles and Montmartre district, at 10min walking distance from the Sacré Cœur, at 10min walking distance from Moulin Rouge and the very dynamic district Pigalle, at 20min walking distance from Madeleine/ Concorde... On the 5th floor without elevator but a great space, light and view when you re in the apartment! It worths it!

The mezzanine bed is comfortable, have easy access and optimizes space in the studio.
