Comfortable and bright 30m2 apartment, on the 5th floor without elevator, ideally located at the bottom of the Butte Montmartre (10 min walk from Place du Tertre, Sacré-Cœur) in a lively area with many restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment is composed of a kitchen, a separate bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet.

This apartment is in a small inner courtyard, quiet but right next to the lively Montmartre district and Rue des Martyrs. Exposed stone gives a very calming feel! Note: It's on the 6th floor without an elevator, which is typical of Montmartre :) but the calm and the light are worth it.
