The courtyard house has its own entrance, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, as well as a cozy private garden with patio. Welcome to our newly built cottage in a quiet location with lovely sea views. The cottage is located 100 meters from the sea where there is a swimming area and a cozy beach promenade. On the cottage's roof terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets over Kalmarsund. To Mörbylånga C with restaurants, cafés and grocery store, it is about 800 meters. Outdoor gym, paddle tennis court and a popular playground are within 1 km. In Mörbylånga C, there is also bike rental. On southern Öland, nature is in focus with, among other things, Alvaret and the cultivated landscape.
