House on the banks of the Loing, from 1 to 6 guests. Large wooded garden of 900 m2 on the shore, private pontoon, swimming, fishing, walking (waterfront secured by a barrier). charcoal barbecue (charcoal not included), garden furniture. The house consists of a veranda dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (gas, oven, washing machine...), a bathroom, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a living room with fireplace and 2 sofa beds, and a travel cot. Great for a chic, relaxing, calm and zen country stay!

A 49 minutes de Paris Gare de Lyon avec la ligne R, venez vous ressourcer dans notre joli studio aménagé pour que vous vous y sentiez comme chez vous! Le studio d'environ 20 m2 est situé dans notre jardin mais est complètement indépendant pour aller et venir à votre guise. Petit plus : notre âne miniature Obi Wan et notre chèvre Leïa adorent la compagnie!

The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. 2.50€ a ride. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.
