Where to start? I truly can't say enough good things about this property. It exceeded expectations in every way. From start to finish, our time here was a delight. Amanda was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location is remote, and a bit of adventure to get to, but Amanda had communicated that and we were prepared with the proper rental car that made it a breeze. The house is beautifully appointed, has every amenity, and lots of perfect spaces for both quiet moments and areas to gather with your group. The outdoor spaces and pool area are lovely, beautifully landscaped, and the views are spectacular. Book this place; you won't be sorry.

A quiet neighborhood with wonderful hosts who make you feel at home from day one. A perfect place for real relaxation. Our dog appreciated the daily company of sweet Memole in the garden. Clean, comfortable, the surroundings of the house are a feast for the senses!Matteo, Marusca and Eva were very friendly and helpful in every matter. Rosanna and her husband are two wonderful people. Their cottage is a real gem in the woods, perfect for those seeking peace and detachment from city life. The house has enormous potential that, in summer, can be fully exploited (there is a large swimming pool in the backyard). The main places to visit are quite close, you can travel by car between Umbria and Tuscany without problems. Services (bars and supermarkets) are 5 minutes away. We had a great time and our dog, Puck, immediately felt at home.

Beautiful, clean and renovated apartment in every detail. Great location, a stone's throw from the main square. Very convenient check-in and check-out phases, especially thanks to the kindness of Chiara and Aurelia, who were always prompt in their responses. We had a great time, so we will definitely be back when we visit our relatives in Città di Castello.
