Chalet holiday rentals in Mostviertel

It was great! The pictures don't do justice to the beautiful surroundings, but that's not possible either. Bernhard is a great host and spontaneously drove us to the cabin because our friends weren't there by car yet. Attention, a city car (Skoda Citygo does not make the climb up to the hut! We had to spontaneously rent a car). Otherwise a very nice stay in the mountains.

Nice location, verry responsive owners. We would like to come back innthe future.

The place is very quiet, suitable for recharging. There is nothing special in the village, there is 1 store, but we set ourselves on exploring the area. Beautiful Mikulov within half an hour by car, charming, located on a slope between a picturesque hill with ruins and a large Pavlov Lagoon and a steak of vineyards with cellars. I recommend.

Have never seen a better equipped apartment. Beautiful garden, in a totally quiet location overlooking the vineyards. That's all you need to recover. Wine lovers who want to taste the Lower Austrian wines are also very well taken care of here. Both in the house and in the vicinity with many Heurigen.

Very nice and modern chalet :) We spent an extended weekend as a family with 6 adults in the beautiful chalet. It was super nicely decorated, clean and had great amenities! There is an infrared sauna behind a sliding door and a fireplace in the living room and a barbecue (brush for cleaning was unfortunately not available). 3 separate bedrooms on the first floor, 2 large rooms with balcony and a very very small room with only the bed and a shelf. Unfortunately, the bedrooms are very clairaudient, so sleeping was difficult as soon as other people in the other bedrooms or in the kitchen/living room were talking. Bed linen + towels must be brought along or can be rented at an extra cost. Don't forget dish towels, paper towels and sponge;) We felt right at home and would come back any time.

Kids love thr garden, great spot

We stayed here as a band for a weekend and had a nice time. The place is clean, quiet and well equipped – the indoor climate was great, we all slept excellently. The rippling of the small waterfall in front of the door was particularly beautiful. It is good to know that only the front door can be ventilated. The hosts were very friendly and have a cute dog named Bella. Communication via Airbnb was warm and pleasant. There was slight confusion with check-in, as it was unclear how to get in, it seemed a bit spontaneous. Also at very short notice was the request to leave earlier at very short notice, which was unfortunately not possible. There's an ant issue on the Airbnb that's known to the hosts. We are particularly grateful for the spontaneous help with a car problem (light left on) – without this help we would not have left! For groups who know each other well is a lovely place to get down.

Very nice cabin with everything you need. We had a lovely time and can recommend the cabin especially in the off-ski season. :) Especially the cleanliness was outstanding!

Modern and cozy accommodation that looks 1:1 like on the pictures. We arrived as a group and were completely satisfied from booking to check-out. Definitely coming back :)

The stay was great. Check-in was very easy and so was the checkout. Have a few small things to complain about, jacuzzi did not work on the 1st day. There was no grill tongs available and there were no dishwasher tabs.. So you often had to drive back to a shop for small things. However, we were helped very quickly with questions and the lady was very nice and helpful. Problems with the Jacuzzi were resolved the next morning. We highly recommend the stay... There are beautiful hikes and nature is breathtaking.

As amazing as the pictures are, this house and its surroundings were even more stunning than the photos! The house is a restored farmhouse on a hilltop at the end of a forest road. It’s completely private and absolutely quiet. There’s a pond for swimming and a hot tub on the deck. The whole place is surrounded by lawn. The trees, flowers, and birds are incredible. Inside, the house is beautiful and very comfortable. The host, Martina, was very helpful and responsive. There is a delightful town on the Ybbs River about 10 minutes away by car—the best ice cream shop anywhere, an ancient fortress, great cafes, wonderful walking paths. This Airbnb was superb.

Amazing charlet overlooking the mountains. The house was exactly like described; very cleen, plenty of room and a completely equipped kitchen that makes it easy to cook all sorts of meals. Christian is a great host that is very helpfull before and after the visit. Very recommendable.

We had a wonderful time staying with Judith and Mario. The historic chalet is well maintained, well equipped and in a heavenly location. We were spoiled every morning with a wonderful breakfast that lacked nothing. Everything organic, and especially the beautiful colorful eggs from the farm's own chickens were great. Everything was lovingly packaged and arranged and you can tell that the two do everything with a lot of passion. A special highlight for us was also that we were allowed to meet the goats, which are lovingly kept on the farm. We would have loved to spend the whole day in the stable if not called the sauna. All in all we had fantastic holidays, and will definitely come back to the little paradise. ❤️

For 6 adults and 2 kids, the house was perfect. It is very cozy and everything you need is available. The location and the view could not be better - quiet and yet only a few steps away from the ski slope. Many thanks to the friendly and helpful hostess and we will certainly come back.

The place is really nice, clean, modern and has really great vibe. And the surrounding nature was amazing as well. There were few smaller caveats here and there, for example the advertised grill wasn't really present (at least by our unit, I guess it is shared or something), the kitchen wasn't fully stocked with all the advertised supplies (like oil) but there was no problem to overcome these small hiccups and overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this place. Oh and be aware of the 300 euro (refundable) deposit.

We were three people in the property and we really enjoyed it. Everything was perfect and it worked exactly as Markus described it. We'll be back for sure, pure relaxation! Thanks, Monika

Great place and we loved it

Fantastic mountain house with a beautiful view. Completely private, the entire hillside belongs to the house. The house is equipped with everything, the kitchen was well equipped, and there is also a washing machine, a dishwasher and a sauna. Communication with the owner was easy, we received all information in advance! Dog-friendly place with great hiking opportunities in the area! I can absolutely recommend it, we will definitely come back!

this place is impressive

We were there for the AirPower event. Unfortunately a little longer away by car, but ideal for overnight and sleeping. Everything is available, some things could be modernized, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor.
