Auf unserem Grundstück befindet sich ein Spielplatz und eine Sandkiste die gerne mitbenutzt werden können, sowie eine eigene Sitzgelegenheit für Gäste. Unser Grillplatz inklusive Smoker darf gegen Absprache benutzt werden! Freizeitanlage mit Freibad, Beachvolleyballplatz und öffentlichem Spielplatz in 250m Fußmarsch.

Das familienfreundliche Apartment befindet sich im Erdgeschoss einer neuen Wohnanlage im Stadtteil St. Sebastian. Fußläufig findet man sowohl die Skipiste der Bürgeralpe samt Skischule (ca. 3 Min.), als auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar, Billa). In ca. 5 Minuten erreicht man den wunderschönen Erlaufsee (mit dem Auto), das Zentrum von Mariazell mit seiner schönen Basilika und einigen Geschäften schafft man in ca. 25 min zu Fuß.
