Wer eine Unterkunft für Unternehmungen in die Hauptstadt Berlin oder in eine wunderschöne, landschaftliche Umgebung sucht, ist hier sehr gut untergebracht.Die Straßenbahn nach Berlin ist etwa 7 Gehminuten entfernt, von dort mit der S-Bahn bis in die City nochmal etwa 45 min, mit dem Auto ist man in 30 min im Stadtzentrum.

Potsdam, Tropical Island, Spreewald). Im Sommer laden die Badewiese am Zeuthener See und das Freibad am Miersdorfer See zum Baden ein. Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in den Ortszentren Schulzendorf, Eichwalde und Zeuthen.

This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! It is a walk-down studio, which is very light because of the skylight in the middle of the room. Cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkeds are all around. Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants u. ein herrliches Strandbad im Schermützelsee. The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price. We use 100% green electricity.
