It's perfectly located in Munich (Laim). The next Subway Station (U5 Laimer Platz) is 100m away from the house : -8 min to the Main Station -10 min to the City-Center -30 min to Messe München/Munich (ICM) -5 min to the Oktoberfest (12 min by bike) A lot of restaurants, shopping areas, supermarkets in walking distance.

Flat is located in a brandnew residential building complex ("Belvedere" ) in Pasing in the west of Munich. The flat is located in the fourth floor and has a special layout (open-plan, studio-like). The floor is oak wood, windows are triple-glazed and boasts underfloor heating. Very comfortable for two people. Accesible by evalator. Kitchen is fully furnished with dishwasher, fridge, cutlery, coffee machine, jug, coffee, tea as well as oils and spices. Washing machine available (no dryer!)

Our apartment is conveniently located in southern Upper Bavaria in the district of Miesbach on an organic farm. The region has a lot to offer: mountains and numerous lakes, wonderful nature, but also architecturally interesting cities and buildings. All this is waiting for your outdoor adventures, discoveries and sightseeing. Free Wi-Fi is available, as is parking. A special highlight of the apartment is the sauna and hot tub in the garden. Our Shetland ponies also appreciate a visit.

To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

Inductive charging stations, TVs with soundbar, luxurious beds, one of which can be used as a twin bed or queen size bed. Work areas and a bio-thermat sauna for 2 people ensure comfort. Bathrooms offer XXL rain showers, hair dryer and toiletries.

Quiet flat to feel good in

From this centrally located home, you'll be in all the important places in no time. The U-Bahn stop Machtlfinger Str. It is a 5-minute walk away and in 12 minutes you are at Marienplatz. The living/ sleeping area is separated from the small kitchenette with a large French door. There is a 140x200 box spring bed and a sofa bed in the apartment. This is rounded off with a large bathroom with hot tub and a large separate glass wall shower.
