Spacious, bright vacation home (135 m² living space) on the edge of the district of Haltern-Lavesum, with beautiful views of the Hohe Mark, on a 1000 m² garden plot. Haltern-Lavesum is idyllically surrounded by fields and forests. The Halterner lakes are just around the corner. Tourist destinations such as the Ketteler Hof, Wildpark Granat, Roman Museum provide plenty of variety for young and old. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. No pets.

The spacious accommodation is suitable for families, friends or couples. The house is located in a quiet residential area. The forest and the golf course (with public restaurant) are 2 minutes by foot. The Ruhr Valley Cycle Trail leads through Neheim-Hüsten, making it ideally suited for cyclists as a stopover. There is a lot to explore by car within half an hour, such as the Sorpe and Möhnetal dams, the old town of Arnsberg and also the historic town of Soest.

Within a few minutes walk you can reach the castle, the city center, the university and the old town. The modern apartment is located in a back house in the quiet courtyard. In the immediate vicinity are atmospheric cafes, bars, pubs, restaurants and the theater.
