Our barn offers on two levels (125 m2) a large living and cooking area, a comfy living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest lavatory. Furthermore the two sun terraces invite you to a beautiful stay in the county style garden with a view to pond, orchard, fields and forest.

Cozy apartment

The self-contained apartment is located on the 1st floor and stretches over 2 levels. In the lower area is a shower room with toilet and a small kitchen. The bright living room with the two bedrooms can be reached via a staircase. The apartment has its own entrance and is very quietly located in a cul-de-sac, but still close to the city. Cities such as Dortmund, Essen, Düsseldorf and Münster can be reached quickly, also by public transport.

Relaxing in a GREEN way

Relax on the edge of the Wiehengebirge in a cozy house and enjoy quiet hours under a room-climbing grass roof. A sauna is available to unwind after a hike, an exciting excursion or simply at the end of a long day. The house, located in the Katharinen Quarter, is situated in the middle of a traffic-calmed zone and only meters from the city center. The room temperature is heated to 19°C in winter due to the current situation.
