We have just had the most wonderful 3 days at Meri’s place. meri was so helpful, giving us instructions on how to get from the airport (it was so easy and only a 5 minute walk from the stop. The apartment was so lovely, air con brilliant, bed sooo comfy!! the location was quiet but just around the corner there was so much going on. Beautiful restaurants and all the sights are close by. We went to the Lido which was lovely and again so easy to do. We also visited Murano which was nice. The hosts were great, place was great and the location was great, what more can I say other than we didn’t have enough time there😢 thank you 🤩 . We loved it❤️

Nice place, easy to access and safe. Shower is a little small. Cristiano was very accessible and accommodating.

We had a very nice stay at this place. Walkable distance to everything, and quite tucked away so it feels more quiet. Would come back!

Agnese's & Raoul's apartment is fantastic. We were personally received with a quick tour of the flat. Everything is very nicely appointed and kept super clean. The apartment has windows towards the garden and great light, unfortunately no balcony... that would make it a complete dream. But the rooms and furniture are perfect Airbnb, probably one of the best places we stayed at. I am sure we will return, I can highly recommend the hosts and place! Thank you!

We loved our stay here! Cristina was a super lovely host and greeted us personally on arrival, something that is really rare these days. We really appreciated her warm welcome, flexibility and many good tips. The flat had everything we need and more! We can't wait to be back!!

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Venice, this is it! Beautiful place and was very comfortable. Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive to questions and assistance with private water taxis. Highly recommend this rental, couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Perfect apartment and neighborhood to enjoy Venice like its people. It's all immersive and well-equipped. I would definitely recommend it for a long weekend and mornings to the sound of birds!

Great apartment with a friendly and helpful host, highly recommend!

It was our fourth time in Venice and Claudia’s place made such a difference. We saw a different part of Venice and experienced a bit more of the local life. The views are fantastic, you have everything you need at home, supermarket is just 5 steps away, restaurants 3mins walk away. There’s even a children playground nearby. Our kids enjoyed their first Venice trip in a nice neighbourhood away from the tourists crowd. The main attractions are also easily assessable by public boat transport.

It's a lovely place to stay. Major tourists sites are 15mins walking distance but still quite enough to have good night sleep. The place is beautifully decorated as the pictures shown as the description. Most of all Lu was very helpful. My flight was delayed 3times and we arrived after midnight. Lu was very patient and helpful. Highly recommended!

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! We took our two kids and they loved every minute. There is a large area that is enclosed for them to run around in and they enjoyed the swimming pool. The apartment felt like it had just been built, and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. We also made use of the bicycles with seats on the back for the kids. It took about 5 mins to cycle to the beach with them, lots of fun. Thank you so much for having us. We'll be back soon.

We had a great time in Venice. The apartment is close to the tram which makes it easy to get to the center of Venice. All instructions were clear and the host is very responsive to messages. Our arrival was facilitated by the shuttle offered by the host. The apartment is as described I would recommend it

It was a very nice holiday. Parterre was great for our Sup's. There was everything you needed. However, placemats for the glass table are highly recommended. The beds were very comfortable. Friendly neighbors and everything within walking distance. Very quiet and pleasant. We will be happy to come back.

The entire building as well as the apartment look very modern and high-quality. We felt completely comfortable in the apartment. Especially the beautiful, well-equipped kitchen made cooking a pleasure. A real highlight was the spacious balcony with a comfortable seating area, ideal for enjoying the evening with a glass of wine. The facility left nothing to be desired. Since the cleanliness on the beach unfortunately did not convince us, we were all the more grateful for the well-maintained pool and whirlpool area, which we used extensively. The pools were always clean and offered a great alternative to the beach. Overall, it was a very nice stay, which we would gladly recommend. Thank you, Matteo!

We had a wonderful stay, great location, modern amenities, everything you need. Beach only 5 min away, great shopping, great pool. Markus was always available and was very helpful the whole time
