Staying in Adrian's place was one of the best Airbnb that I have been so far....the location is amazing, clear instructions. Adrian made a guidance book which was so helpful....I highly recommend his Airbnb....and if I will go to Poznan again, I will select to stay in his Airbnb....thank you

It was located in an excellent location. Lots of restaurants, breakfast options etc Garage parking was a big plus

The apartment was very spacious and exactly what we needed for our three-day vacation ! The kitchen is perfect for cooking and the gas stove is easily usable. Even though we weren’t really familiar with it before, Daria gave us clear instructions for its usage. The bathroom was super clean and the bed and the sofa can fit up to four people. The train station is close-by (2min walk) and will easily take you anywhere in the city. There’s also a supermarket right around the corner of the apartment building complex which is open from 6am to 11pm. Overall, we were super happy with our stay and would definitely recommend staying at Daria‘s place :)

A really nice and well-located place to spend time in Poznań. Despite the fact that we only spent time there to rest at night and refresh before returning to the fair, which took place at the same time, I can honestly recommend this place. It is a really peaceful and quiet neighborhood worth recommending 👍

One of the best interiors I've seen in an Airbnb. Very central location right inside the old town. Everything is in walking distance the central square, all the restaurants and pubs and even the lake is nearby. Very professional and responsive host!

Marcin is very responsive, the house is very cozy, it's my favorite style of décor. The only flaw is that you can't charge your devices in the bedroom. Everything else is great.

The unit is in a very convenient location. The old town is just a few steps away and transport to the other parts of Poznan is convenient. The provided facilities were clean and adequate. Some minor extras that I have found in other apartments such as wifi information (Mariusz supplied the info when asked) and soap iin the bathroom were missing. Also in the bathroom, the filling of the toilet's cistern was a bit hit and miss. The only negative was the noise from the trams and the occaisional car and bike revheads speeding up the street. All noise disappeared after 10pm. Overall I enjoyed my stay in Mariusz's apartment.

I absolutely recommend this accommodation and I will stay here again if it will be available when I will be visiting Poznan. I stayed at this apartment for three nights during a business trip to Poznan. It was about 10min ride from the airport and it was easy to find. I arrived very late but the instructions were clear with pictures and text so the checking procedure went well without any issues. The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything that I needed during my stay. There are some grocery stores within walking distance and next to the apartment block there is a great premium meat store that had some amazing Wagyu beef. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed so it was easy to prepare all my meals.

We had a very good stay at Mirek's. The communication was perfect, he was responsive and attentive. The reception was excellent. We fully endorse his recommendations (Mitte and the Pyra Bar, two very good places to eat). The accommodation is spacious and very well located, in the center. A few small improvements should perfect the comfort. Good luck, Mirek! 😊

The appartement was just as described and had everything we needed (and more). The sleeping sofa was comfortable and fitted two people well. There is much to do in the area and public transport is nearby (although old town in no more than 30 minutes walking away). Good to note is that the apartment is top floor with no elevator, so keep that in mind with bigger luggage :)

Ms. Matylda is a wonderful host: she responds almost immediately, and earlier accommodation was not a problem. The apartment was neat and tidy, and there was everything you needed during your stay. Although it is a bit far from the center, this is already known at the stage of choosing an apartment. Overall, I rate the stay as successful. Thank you very much!

I recommend a place for a long weekend in Poznań for one or two people - excellent location, quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to attractions. The apartment is immaculately clean, and communication with the host is exemplary. Stay worth the price offered. *Please note that there is no ironing board and iron.

I enjoyed my stay although don’t recommend Poznań to go for a trip, too noisy.

Very cool place and clean

Great place, really worth the price:) Clean, tidy, will delight the eye of any person who appreciates architectural gems:) Małgorzata is a very warm and friendly person, she waited for us and showed us around the complex at check-in despite the late hour, for which I was very grateful to my guest 🫶 The neighborhood is very quiet, closed, with lots of charming restaurants around, and the free pool is an absolute must-visit! Recommended:)
