Monthly Rentals in Nantahala River

The sunsets from the porch are gorgeous. It is not only impressive that this home was built in just the perfect spot to catch an amazing sunset, but also nestled in the middle of Fontana Lake with a great view of the lake. I can’t say enough about this location! I’ve grown up coming to the Carolina’s and never knew about Fontana Lake. This cabin feels incredibly secluded and luxurious, but close enough to all the best adventure spots—Nantahala, Deep Creek, Smoky National Park, Fontana Lake access points, Appalachian Trail—you name it. There is even a great trailhead walking distance from the cabin that has great views of the lake, creeks, and challenging and diverse enough to walk 2-3x. We saw deer and wild turkey almost everyday and the wildflowers were in bloom all over. Additionally, the master bedroom has an amazing view from the bed. When I opened my eyes each morning, I had a view of the smokies that was mesmerizing. We all want to rent this cabin again!

This was our second time staying at Blue Haven. The cabin provides everything our family needs to have a comfortable, peaceful and relaxing time in the North Carolina mountains.

One of the best places we’ve stayed! The view was stunning! Casey was so easy to get a hold of at anytime during the whole booking process to check in and while we were there. Places was super clean and the dogs loved the front porch 🐶🐾 Beds were super comfortable and the shower pressure was even great! (Wykyk 😉). It was easy to get to Bryson City and there were lots of hiking trails and places to throw the dogs in the river which they loved! Thank u so much! We very much enjoyed our stay 🥰

Great little house-this was our 2nd visit here and I'm sure we will be back again. The setting is very peaceful - super close to Fontana Lake and downtown Bryson City. Nancy is always quick to respond whenever we have any questions. Love it here.
