Charming, family-friendly apartment on a fully managed estate (field management)! Living room with fireplace, bedroom with double bed, spacious shower room with washing machine, pretty, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The sofa in the living room can be pulled out to another double bed. A baby crib, baby bed and baby tub are provided. Small terrace area at your doorstep, garden to the rear, garden furniture available. Dogs are welcome by arrangement!

This cozy accommodation for two people is located in the middle of a farm overlooking the horse paddock (currently with two horses and a pony) and has its very own charm. It is high-quality, cozy and at the same time practically furnished. The large balcony invites you to watch the hustle and bustle in the courtyard or enjoy the sunset. Our running ducks, the dog Tara and the cat Oskar are curious all day and will certainly visit you regularly.

Whether on long walks or bike rides, coffee and cake enjoyment on the terrace or a barbecue experience on the fire barrel, it is entirely up to you. The forest house is located in the middle of a natural forest property, with many special highlights, such as the barbecue and sauna hut.

The furnishings include: a comfortable box spring bed (180 x 200), a kitchenette (stove, oven, dishwasher), a dining area, Wi-Fi, TV, courtyard and parking area. It impresses with its floor space of approx. 52 m² and thus offers plenty of space for two people. The large panoramic window and an elevated Chesterfield sofa with an extravagant view of the meadows and fields give the apartment a special touch.
