Nice neighborhood and supermarket, fruit and vegetable shop and a little square for the kids to play are just 200 metres far away, which u can see through the big window in the living room. 8 minutes walk u will arrive s bahn 6, station baldham, and S6 will take u directly to the city centre of Munich. if u drive by car, u can park on the street, which is free. welcome to my little nice apartment. Very cozy attic with private kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom (33 sqm) with satellite TV, view over the rooftops (2nd floor) of the quiet residential area of Ramersdorf-Perlach in the southeast of Munich. In summer, my small garden is ideal for relaxing/eating in the countryside. You will live together with me and my little dog in a semi-detached house, whereby the attic is lockable. There is no water connection in the kitchen, but there is a sink for dishes in the bathroom.
