Our modern & spacious house (150 square meters of living space) in the eastern part of Hamburg (20 minutes to the HH main station) is the ideal starting point for city sightseeing in Hamburg as well as spontaneous beach trips to the Baltic Sea, which you can easily reach in 40 minutes by car.

From the property down, 200m right, the Feldmark invites you to take a walk. 300m left is a small shopping area with discounters, post office, small shops and doctors. By car to the Port of Hamburg and the city center about 20/25 minutes, to the bus it is 2 minutes and also everything is super to reach who does not want to look for a parking space, to the Baltic Sea it is 30 minutes without traffic jam😊. The room is approx. 35m² in size, has its own kitchen and bathroom and offers space for 2 adults and up to 2 children with a double bed and a sofa bed. The accommodation is in the basement and has a ceiling height of 2.09 m. Supermarkets and restaurants (5-10min) and public transport (bus 2min) are in the immediate vicinity. Public parking is usually available.

Whether vacation (35 minutes to the Baltic Sea) or city/business trip (25 minutes by bus and train to HH main station), both can be done from Rahlstedt. The apartment is equipped for everyday needs; whether supermarket, bookstore, pizzeria or weekly market, etc., everything is within walking distance.

Lovely room-quiet area- 25 minutes to city center

This area is in the outskirts of Hamburg. However the city center is only 25 minutes away. There is a parking lot right in front of the house. You can reach the bus within 4 minutes. The next subway station, Meiendorfer Weg (blue line, U1) is about 15 minutes by foot. The forrest not only offers a climbing park, but is also a great opportunity for a morning jog or an afternoon walk.
