Smoking friendly holiday rentals in New Braunfels

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Oliva's! Cute little space and I loved the common area/patio for people to hang out in and chill amongst the plants. Clean, spacious, comfy bed and bedding! Also many things within walking distance. It was a treat to get to visit a little bit with Oliva and her friendly neighbor! I'd definitely recommend staying with Oliva, and I would love to come back and stay again the next time I'm in San Antonio! Thank you again Oliva!❤️🌞

Super cute place to stay! Didn’t realize how close we were to downtown and the pearl when I booked it. Felt super safe! Wish there was an enclosed backyard for the pets but no biggie, we just took them on walks. This will likely be a go to when back in San Antonio

Stefan is very responsive. There were essentials missing from the unit. I reached out to Stefan and he had everything delivered to us the same day. He is a great host!

Oliva is the nicest lady we have ever met! She will go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. Her place is close to a lot of places. Alamodome is a cheap uber ride away, and so are restaurants and bars! Would stay again.

Great experience staying there and the host was very friendly. The furry cohost princess was an added plus and was very cuddly and cute! I highly recommend this spot it was an overall great experience and it’s only about a 15-18 minute drive to downtown!

The home that Walter provided was truly exceptional! Its proximity to downtown made navigating traffic at night much easier and safer. My friends and I had plenty of space to enjoy music and play pool, thanks to the fantastic amenities available. I would absolutely book this place again!

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. It is an older home so there is only one bathroom but it was never an issue even with four adults staying. The kitchen was a great place for us to congregate as we cooked. Wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! We were a large family and the house was absolutely perfect for our needs. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, but also great common areas for gathering especially the living room and the spacious kitchen where we shared meals and played games. The home was spotless, well-stocked with essentials, and exactly as described in the listing. The beds were super comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, thoughtful, and made check-in and check-out seamless. We highly recommend this home for any large family or group looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. We would absolutely return!

This was our second time staying at Missy’s home and, again, we loved our stay! Missy is fantastic with communication and is so thoughtful and kind. She went above and beyond to welcome us back with some extras, that made our day, after many hours of traveling. Missy’s home is beautiful, clean, and has every amenity you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We enjoyed the backyard/pool area with family and played many of the card and board games that were provided. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have a fun time! There’s so much to do in San Antonio and Missy’s house was close to everything. We were only 10-15 minutes from SeaWorld and from downtown and the river walk. We definitely recommend taking the river boat cruise! We can’t say enough wonderful things about Missy and her beautiful home and hope to be back again!

We had a great time at Jolene Ann’s. We felt right at home and the place was very modern and very clean. We had not issues at all. The pool was awesome; clean, good temp and relaxing. We would definitely stay again.

We loved Natalina's place! Everything was extremely clean and there was everything you needed at the house. We felt so good there, like at home. We needed an affordable kids friendly place and this was perfect for us! A lot of kids and baby amenities and not far from Austin. We will definitely rent this place again when we are in Austin again.

I loved the neighborhood. The house was super clean, beds were comfy and pool was wonderful!

They were wonderful hosts. James was so kind as to help me with my luggage and I'm incredibly grateful that they also allowed me to steal their ice packs to transport back my breastmilk! They were very accommodating and I enjoyed our conversations.

Great host and great stay in San Antonio. Cozy 1 bed room apartment with nice kitchen and bedroom. Great value and location for San Antonio. Would love to stay again in the future!

Clean and relaxing space.

Renae is the most communicative host I’ve ever had. Such a comfortable place and really well located. Easy access to downtown, but calm environment and easy check in and out.

We had a really good time, the apartment was really good with all the amenities. It has all the commodities. I would come back for sure.

Daryin was one of the best hosts. I shared with her that I was celebrating my anniversary, and she bought us a beautiful gift. The place is very clean and definitely worth booking to enjoy a pleasant time with your partner.
