A wonderful stay in a special place - perfect for a family or friends exploring the area on foot or bike. Lots of space to relax at the property, inside and out. Particularly appreciated Benjamin’s friendly and responsive approach, and flexibility on check out time for a small extra fee.

This was our second stay. Everything was as nice as we remembered from our first visit. The flat is spacious and well-appointed, the location is private and quiet, and the hosts are friendly and responsive. What more could you ask for in an AirBnB?

Perfect place for a quiet getaway and close enough to explore some great places. All you hear from the garden is birdsong. Perfect. We stayed a week and visited Winchester a few times, Stonehenge, new forest, Portsmouth, Bournemouth, lymington etc. Very comfortable place to stay and Natalie clearly looks after the place. Thumbs up from us and if in the area again we will be coming back to the piggery.

We had the most amazing stay, such a beautifully restored property, amazing views in every direction, pony came right up to the front gate! Short walk to the Rufus Stone, would recommend food at the Green Dragon Pub. Group of eight ladies that were quite happy to stay in and enjoy the gorgeous living area, had the sunshine stayed a little longer there us a gorgeous garden area we would also had use of. Paul - thank you for being such a great host, would thoroughly recommend.

We are home after a Mon- Fri half term break at Admiral’s Watch, and we have had a wonderful time. Before we arrived we had clear directions from Nicky along with a really helpful list of recommendations for places to go with the kids. Getting to the property was easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot. The area is peaceful and completely beautiful. The small precinct of shops/ restaurants within the terrace was useful and didn’t intrude on our stay at all. The property itself is beautiful and just like the photos- the sea is right in front of the apartment making the views amazing. Nicky has styled the property beautifully and there was plenty of space for us as a family of four plus our dog. Activity wise I would recommend a trip to nearby Hurst Castle, and a meal at the Cliff House restaurant which was a short stroll away. Totally recommended, we had a great stay. Laura’s place is an absolute gem! It is so tastefully designed and well appointed. The location itself is very special too. Everything has been thought of for a comfortable stay. I loved lighting a fire at night and looking out to the garden in the morning. Laura is super warm and welcoming—knowledgeable about the area too. This stay is one of the best in my books to date! Absolutely worth a visit.

Lesley is a wonderful, accommodating and friendly host who will bend over backward for her guests! She met us at the Airbnb with a big smile and took her time to chat to us and walk her around her lovely space. The space itself was wonderful; very cosy and included a hot tub that was ours to use whenever we pleased. The location was perfect as well, with lush views over the New Forest and direct access to a wide area to walk and access a wonderful pub which came highly recommended by Lesley. Couldn't recommend this place enough, thanks again! We hope to come back again at some point!

A super flat at a very handy location in the centre of Brockenhurst, a 10 minute walk from the railway station. We particularly appreciated the spacious and well equipped kitchen. There is easy to access to numerous walking routes in the New Forest, both on foot and by train. Brockenhurst itself has numerous restaurants and pubs and a significant WW1 connection with NZ, about which there is a wealth of information at the parish church of St Nicholas and its churchyard.

Amazing location in Clifton, in the heart of Clifton. village. The flat was so quiet and peaceful at night, it was perfect!

Beth’ s place is amazing. A calm and peaceful haven. From the thoughtful welcome card to the incredibly kind extra touches like bread, milk and eggs. Beth has created the most fantastic experience for guests. We had a fabulous 8 nights and really recommend this as a perfect place to stay.

All positive comments are true - thank you for a pleasant stay. It’s a pity that we only booked two nights.

Beautiful apartment in quiet, pretty neighbourhood near the royal crescent, easily within walking distance of Bath Centre. Clear instructions made it easy to access the apartment. Well-decorated, very comfy beds and all necessary amenities. Old-fashioned building so some noise from creaking floorboards but was not an issue. Marco and Mandy were excellent hosts, very engaging and responsive with recommendations

This place was a great deal and a wonderful warm and comfortable place to stay. The host was so kind, he actually met me at the home to show me all the amenities and explain the WiFi and answer any questions. I would recommend this home and this host 100%.

The apartment is in a great location and is as described and photographed. Evelyn was very responsive and quick with any questions that arose, providing very helpful recommendations on restaurants, parking, and nearby shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful period home full of original features. Very beautiful, comfy, spacious place to relax, and a stunning garden, with a great view of the church.

Each summer a U.K. FAMILY holiday is planned for three generations ..ages 5 up to well quite a lot! The choice this year was to go to Simons place.and what a find for everyone. A characterful house. Inside spacious spotless , kitchen brilliant ,, bedrooms roomy , bathroom ( particularly first floor) fabulous, living room so homely with Simons personal collection of books, his piano, homeliness beyond, and with cable Tv Incorporating Sports channels , and Netflix and Prime Video . Outside the decking in the rear garden a wonderful morning sun trap , the front garden full of charm with BBQ facilities and two squirrels nicknamed Bill and Bob..there every morning … The location very peaceful , parking at front and rear of property . Local shops , and the beach within easy 5-10 minutes walk and buses same time away into Bournemouth Poole and Christchurch . A wonderful seven days

We were staying at Tim's place for few days with grandparents, two young kids and the dog. House is in a great location, few minutes from the beach, shops, playground and some local activities. House was spacious to accommodate us all. Driveway can accommodate up to two cars. Small but nice enclosed garden. Tim was responsive and was on hand to answer queries. :)

The house was the perfect place for our family and we enjoyed staying here so much we’ve actually already booked to come back! Having access to the beach meant being able to quickly pop down with our small children around bedtimes and naps and waking up to the view every morning was magical! The house had everything you could ever need, was so clean and comfortable and we instantly felt relaxed the minute we walked inside! Thank you Daisy! X

We loved our stay at the beach. Such a beautiful location and so different than our sand beaches we have in the US. The rocky beach may not be for everyone but it was perfect for us as we weren't going to be swimming in April anyways. The house itself was wonderful and inviting - nothing bad to say about it.

We stayed here with four children (ages 2 to 6) and it was great. Lovely living area at the top of the house and plenty of space for everyone. We were very lucky with the weather and could eat outside on the balcony for most meals. Lots to do on the Lower Mill Estate for families. We would come again.

We absolutely loved Joanna's place and had a great weekend. It was extremely comfortable and in the perfect position to enjoy the beach and everything around us. Our dogs were also very happy and the garden was safe and secure for them with a bit of grass. The house is well laid out. The bedroom was comfortable and the linen first class. Joanna was helpful and welcoming and available at all times. Highly recommended!

The folly is a beautiful and magical place with great character. We spent a couple nights there over New Year’s Eve and it was perfect. Check in was flexible and very easy. The location is very peaceful and the garden and surroundings beautiful. Great pub with excellent food a few minutes drive down the road. We hope to be back in the summer.
