This second bedroom also contains the kettle and small fridge. Please note that our guest suite is suitable for a family group or close friends. There is only the one bathroom and that is en suite to the main bedroom. Free use of the tennis court & courtyard. A complimentary light continental breakfast is provided. Enjoy your stay.

The Garden Studio is a delightfully sunny, stylish suite on the second floor of an imposing granite townhouse in the historic heart of bustling, Medieval Lostwithiel. Enjoy a super-king sized bed, large private bathroom with double shower and two pretty balconies. Private access is through a door in the wall of the of the 'secret' garden - which guests are welcome to enjoy. The suite is accessed via an external staircase. Pottery lessons can be booked on request in my on-site pottery studio.

We are on the edge of Bodmin moor with miles of views, walks & wild ponies, only a mile from the Camel Trail.

Your accommodation is a totally self-contained first floor landing consisting only of your room (arranged as twin beds or a double as you prefer) and your bathroom. With the nearby gem that is St kew Pub, Chapel Ample is the perfect base from which to explore local beaches, take rugged coastal walks and visit nearby Port Isaac.
