Beachfront holiday rentals in Newquay

Before we had checked out, we had reserved for next year. A superb property, in a beautiful, quiet location, but is just 10 minutes walk away from bars and restaurants. 1 minute walk from a beach, next door to an historic ancient church and absolutely idyllic. Highly recommended.

The Balcony Studio was the perfect getaway. It is a beautifully appointed stone cottage with stunning views overlooking the ocean. The cottage is steeped in history and has been beautifully renovated. It is spread over four half levels - you enter a well appointed kitchen, go down to the very large and unique bathroom, up to the bedroom with sitting area, and up again to a small living room and WC. The layout to the bedroom is very clever, with the bed facing the windows, but far enough back to be completely private when the blinds are up and the windows are open. I loved sitting in the chairs overlooking the water. Even with people walking by under the balcony, it feels very private. The location is fabulous - just steps to restaurants, cafes, shops and galleries of St Ives. The walk from the train was maybe 5-6 minutes. I loved my stay and would highly recommend.

This was the best place we stayed all holiday. The location is incredible, just steps from Bamaluz beach, with amazing views and the sound of the waves coming right into the house. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching all the dogs playing on the sand, and it was only ten minutes walk to all the main beaches in St Ives. The flat had everything we needed for a comfortable week’s stay. An absolutely perfect base for a beach holiday.

So nice to arrive after a long journey to find the water hot with excellent shower facilities, a welcoming comfortable bed with good quality bedding. We were told it was dog friendly, so we were appreciative to find bowls, towel etc., should you forget. The location was ideal for exploring the North Coast and we made full use of our NT membership. Wonderful dog friendly beaches and eating establishments very accomodating. we particularly enjoyed Godrevy and Holywell Coves. ''Tap House'' in St Agnes is a must , great food reasonably priced , but make sure you book and allow time for parking.

Had a great stay, ideal location for Tolcarne, Great Western and Towan beach and to get into Newquay town Lovely and clean, tidy and great hosts :) Thankyou

Beautiful house with sitting space in the well tended front and back gardens, quiet with wonderful views of the sea and the picturesque harbour. The house was well furnished and bright, the layout making the most of the views. It was comfortably warm, too and very close to lovely restaurants and coastal walks. A delight

FAB-U-LOUS! This peaceful apartment was everything I wanted for a complete break. Clean, quiet and pleasantly decorated, it has a very restful feel - lovely to come back to, whatever you’ve been doing during the day. Comfy bed and sofas to stretch out on, Sky TV, Bluetooth speaker with radio, great pressure in the shower and a bath if you prefer a nice long soak. Well-stocked and considered kitchen equipment and an absolutely fab location. Add to that, two caring and thoughtful hosts - you really can’t beat it. Darren gave excellent recommendations so we got the most from our break, and made sure we had all the check-in info, in good time so we arrived prepared and accessed smoothly. The highlight was rolling out of bed, onto the beach, with a coffee made on the machine in the flat (pods kindly provided) watching my dog splash in the sea and the surfers leap and swirl. I don’t know why I’m telling you this as I want to keep it a secret!!! Off to make my next booking…❤️🌟☀️

We loved our stay here. The apartment was perfect for us - a family of 4 with 2 teens. There is so much to do on the estate - the pool and leisure area were great for rainy days. It was amazing to be able to walk to the beach and enjoy the cafe as well as being able to hire SUPs and wetsuits. Melanie was a great host and was really flexible in letting us change our arrival day (twice!) as well as enabling an early check in. There's loads to do in the area. Highly recommended!

I booked this as a surprise birthday get away for my wife and our two young children and it was the most perfect place I could have ever imagined. The view from the balcony is incredible, especially the sun rise (thanks to my youngest we never missed) is something worth waking up for. The entire house was spotless and the bed was so comfortable! Mel gave very detailed instructions on how to find the home, as well as some fantastic local recommendations. Excellent communication right up to the booking and was very helpful with extras for the kids! The beach is only a short downhill walk away, even quicker if you jump in the pushchair with the kids. The beach is quite small but was perfect for us. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a Cornish getaway and would definitely book again!

The flat was spotless clean and very well decorated. Perfect location for a walk into town and also a stroll to Gylly beach. The view from the window was a delight when opening the curtains in the morning. one thing to note is the flat is a top floor and there is no lift. we never used the Falmouth hotel for swimming or gym but we did find that the bar was a perfect place for a drink on the way out\way back. Would love to stay here again. Never had to contact Nicola during the stay due to no issue's, however we did receive regular updates from Nicola. perfect holiday thanks you Nicola.

It was so lovely to arrive ,open the door and be wowed by the place , it was comfortable and clean and Susanne had left some nice treatsfor us .she was available to contact for any questions and very friendly ,i would definately recomend her

This is our second stay at Atlantic View - and just as wonderful. Beautifully situated, with stunning views. A home from home - the space is very clean and well equipped. The holiday village is quiet, but with new facilities open which are lovely. Heated pool, bar and restuarant within walking distance.

Marcus's place was great for our visit to Cornwall. The apartment was very clean and in a nice building. Within walking distance to lots of restaurants and two beaches. When we got lost during check in Marcus was available over phone and he called us again later to make sure we got in okay. Very friendly!

This townhouse was perfect for our long weekend with friends. Christine was very responsive and the whole trip was really smooth from start to finish. The view from the rooftop terrace and rooms was stunning too, and there were even some snacks for us to have when we arrived. Would definitely recommend this place!

The cosy nook was a superb find . Stunning location we enjoyed walking the multiple beaches. Loads of great recommendations from host , Bridget was super friendly and helpful. The accommodation was a new garden studio decorated to a high standard and clean on arrival. The private garden was a bonus nice to sit outside , we had such wonderful weather.

Fabulous property with lovely views looking at Fistral beach. Had a great stay and the dogs loved being on the balconies. Ideal location for walking into Newquay (about 25 mins) and also for Lewinnick Lodge (great food & views) located on the headland. High quality fittings in bathroom and kitchen. Highly recommended property - you won't be disappointed!

Just returned from a lovely weeks stay at the Gem and everything about it was perfect - fully equipped, spotless + great location. In walking distance to some lovely restaurants in town or Fistral beach and Crantock beach. It is also a great location to explore other costal towns in Cornwall. If you have a paddleboard or Kayak I would recommend taking it as you can walk straight down to the waters edge from the property. Overall this was a 10/10 stay.

Just back from an apartment in Newquay ‘ stunning sea view from Island View in Porth beach air b/b : Nigel was a great host throughout our stay ( only a telephone call away) Apartment was spotlee to a very high spec: Allocated parking space throughout stay : Beautiful walks along the coastline and never enough time to appreciate the areas beauty. Ample entertainment for children’s activities. Highly recommend. This for a lovely stay. Victor
