Welcome to the Studio, a lovely self-contained annex with superb coastal location in the seaside village of Porthtowan & good access to the A30 and W. Cornwall. The Studio is attached to our home but has its own entrance, parking space & small private deck. Overlooking Porthtowan’s ‘Blue Flag’ award winning sandy beach & surfing destination, the beautiful SW coast path & many amenities are right on the doorstep, so no need to drive anywhere. It is the perfect base for a short break or holiday.

A modern kitchen area features sleek white cabinetry and a wooden countertop. Kitchen appliances, including a microwave and stove, are neatly arranged. Two wooden stools provide seating at the counter, while natural light illuminates the open space, complemented by a cozy seating arrangement and a wall-mounted TV.

Self-contained chalet (close to Fistral Beach)

The Chalet is under a 10 minute walk to Fistral Beach & a 5 minute walk to Newquay town centre! It is situated at the end of our home garden with separate access through the side gate to come and go as you please & a private patio/garden area for yourself to use. There is easy access parking (1 car) in our spacious driveway. You may see us and our teenage puppy in the garden at some point, so feel free to say hi! Always happy to give activity recommendations around Newquay and Cornwall!:)

It is ideal for couples, parents visiting their kids at uni and business travelers. On-street parking is free. Garden sauna available on request Oct-March for £15ph.

It is approximately 2 miles from St Austell and convenient for beaches, Eden project, Heligan Gardens, Charlestown and lovely country walks. Due to Covid 19 I have put in an extra precautionary cleaning regime for your safety including the use of UV Disinfectant lamp which will be used between each guests visit.

Seahorse cottage has a one double bedroom annex with its own bathroom and private entrance. There is parking for one car in front of the garage. It is close to the harbour and beaches. (see map). A hop across the road to the Newquay golf club and the start of the pedestrian path that bisects the course ending at Fistral beach. The harbour is a few hundred yards down the hill and gives access to Towan beach. There is a key safe for your convenience.
