Here we have found our perfect retreat on the North Sea and designed it in such a way that we can enjoy nature, tranquility and space here without having to give up the comfortable pleasures of modern living... architecture to feel good!

Pure idyll! You treat yourself to a break in the calm countryside! In a private house with 140 square meters. In the enclosed courtyard there is a pavilion, garden loungers and a large grill. You will stay on two floors in lovingly designed rooms. You can relax and explore the area, cycle, swim or paddle on the Aller. Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

My place - apartment "Mina" - is close to the beach, family-friendly activities, bakeries, restaurants, ferries to Norderney and Juist, surf/kitesurf school, Norddeich Mole train station. You'll love my place because of the light, relaxation by the sea, coziness, location, sea view over the dike. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and families with 1-2 kids. You can expect covered beds and fresh towels - you don't have to bring anything but anticipation!

Rauszeit SPO - Vintage charm behind the dike

"Treat yourself to some time out!" – it wasn't hard for me as a city dweller to get into this mindset. You can hardly imagine a more striking contrast to the hustle and bustle of the big city. The "Rauszeit" is a quiet terraced house located in the district of Böhl near the lighthouse. Prices include a laundry package and the guest card for SPO. Arriving by car is recommended. The 36 m² apartment in the former machinist's house of the waterworks offers stylish flair and contemporary comfort. Location: Located directly on the Elbe beach, the surroundings invite you to take walks and bike tours. The proximity to the Falkensteiner Ufer allows direct access to the Elbe and offers a magnificent view of the passing ships.

Welcome to 'Elise in Wonderland.' Enjoy the unique experience when you stay at this special place. Elise is located in Kakenstorf, in the district of Harburg. From here you can drive to Hamburg and Heidepark in 30 minutes, or you can visit the Büsenbachtal, hike the Heidschnuckenweg, and discover the Nordheide hotspots and hiking trails around the corner. The Finnish log cabin has a covered veranda from which you can see the 3000 m² forest. In the area you can find cycling and hiking trails. Ideal for nature-loving people. In our cozy cottage with a view of the countryside, you can relax wonderfully. The small but fine wooden house impresses with the bamboo parquet floor and the spacious terrace. In addition to a filter coffee machine, there is also a Senseo coffee pad machine in the kitchen. An 11KW wallbox for charging your electric car is available on the premises (the electricity is billed to us)

Our apartment is located in the former residential area of a historic and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dyke, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian expanse and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to feel good.
