Cozy Elbe Apartment Eleonore

Die Wohnung liegt im ländlichen Hamburg Ochsenwerder in einem 100 jährigen Einfamilienhaus. Eure Gastgeber haben einen Teenager Sohn und einen Hund und wohnen über Euch. Die Einrichtung wurde im shabby chic Look gestaltet, es wurden zum Beispiel Treibhölzer aus der Elbe als Regale verwendet. Die Elbe ist 400 Meter und ein Badesee 4 km entfernt. In 200 Meter Entfernung fährt der Bus in ca.31 Minuten(auch nachts)in die City oder zurück. Deckenhöhe in der gesamten Wohnung ist 2,10 Meter!!!

The beautiful trees of the Wohlers-Park directly behind the house give a peaceful and luscious view from the large balcony, where you can hang on the couch or have breakfast at the table in summer. The apartment is very bright, with morning sun on the balcony and living room side and afternoon sun in the bedroom.

Die Terrasse lädt zum Sonnenbaden und grillen ein -Südseite. Die Elbe, der Kitz/Reeperbahn sind Fußläufig erreichbar. Vor dem Tor warten großartige Parks, die Elbe, abenteuerliche Spielplätze, unzählige Cafés, Bistros, Bars und viele süße kleine Läden zum Shoppen.

88m² Dachgeschosswohnung mit separaten Eingang die Hochwertig möbliert ist. In nur 22 min. mit der Bahn am Hauptbahnhof. Ruhige und grüne Lage unweit des Harburger Hafen. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Zur Info; bei ungünstigen Windverhältnissen kann man die Autobahn hören. Hören kann man bestimmt immer was, wir sind ja auch nicht auf dem Dorf. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es aber sehr ruhig.

It is situated ideal for Hamburg visitors and nearby the industrial areas in in central and southern Hamburg e.g. Hamburg harbour or Airbus. In 8 minutes you will arrive at Central railstation using the metro . Never the less you are living in the silent and green environment of Hamburg Kirchdorf.
