In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. You'll love the place because of the surroundings, which are balm for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is secluded, fenced + "escape-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is completely renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is handicapped accessible and a lot of space. The kitchen-living room offers everyone space for cozy interaction. My place is good for couples, families + kids/babies, groups, multiple generations and furry friends (pets).

Ebenfalls sind ein Lebensmittelmarkt und das Thalasso-Zentrum in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt am Haus, je nach Verfügbarkeit.

Ein kleines eigenes Bauernhaus mit 17.500qm Land dabei. Mehr Freiheit geht fast nicht. Das Haus bietet gemütliche Räumlichkeiten und hat eine wunderbare Terrasse, die Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist. Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.

Das Inselhuus Felimar ist ein um 1911 im Badehaus-Stil erbautes Haus, das in 2020 umfangreich renoviert wurde. Das Haus hat eine zentrale Lage im Herzen der Insel Norderney. 600 Meter vom Strand entfernt und nur 300 Meter vom Kurplatz befindet sich das Inselhuus Felimar in der Gartenstraße 56. Die zentrale Lage macht die Ferienwohnung zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt sowohl für Einkaufsbummel als auch für ausgedehnte Strandspaziergänge.

The apartment "Groote Kaat" is located on the Sommerpolderhof in the Krummhörn between Norden and Emden. The shrimp cutter harbor of Greetsiel can be reached in 10 minutes from here. The apartment is 75 m² and has a large bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and another bed (0.80 x 2.00 m). A private (fenced) garden area, adjacent to that of the neighboring apartment, with a spacious terrace and sun loungers completes the offer.

Pets are very welcome with me. My guests can use Sky Entertainment Plus in full. Netflix is available on two TVs. In the spacious upper apartment with separate entrance you can relax and feel good. The Kiessee in the air spa Berumbur (600 m away) invites you to swim (dog beach) and relax. There is a separate, solidly fenced garden area just for you, where escape artists can also run around freely.
