Living directly on the Karl-Heine Canal in the creative west of Leipzig. Art is at home here: cotton spinning mill, West-, Buntgarn- and Kunstkraftwerk – all nearby. From here, you can start rowing tours on the canal, visit the hip Senegalese restaurants or go on excursions to the Leipzig Neuseenland. Urban life and recreation are close to each other. The nest is quiet, yet offers a full quarter-feeling – a cozy accommodation with a view of the canal and millennium field in the middle of the "artists' quarter".

In a lovingly renovated, listed three-sided courtyard, the guest apartment is located in the upper part of the former stable building. Just a few steps out to the courtyard and you are in the middle of the countryside: in the beautiful Muldental, the landscape and various sights invite you to take long walks, bike tours and excursions. The village of Höfgen is located between Leipzig and Dresden and, with its listed half-timbered houses, is one of the most beautiful villages in Saxony.

My accommodation is located in the municipality of Muldestausee in the district of Gröbern. Gröbern is a small town with 800 inhabitants. In a 10-minute walk you can reach Lake Gröberner, which invites you to swim and relax. There you can rent bicycles, sub-s, boats and flosse for a fee in the Waldressort. By bike you can explore the entire area from the Wörlitz Garden Kingdom to the Goitzsche. Also not far to Leipzig and Halle. You can reach the new FOC outlet centre in 25 minutes.

Guest rooms in the idyllic village invite you to linger, enjoy doing nothing and just relax. Kleinrössen is located about 100 km south of Berlin - between Herzberg and Falkenberg. Dresden/Leipzig is also not too far away. Falkenberg is very easy to reach by regional train. It is also an attractive tour by bicycle (XXX/KR), for example via the Elbe cycle path. There is a beautiful surrounding area with good bike paths, lakes and the Schwarze Elster; in short: pure nature.
